The Motoring Organisation (TMO) has been part of the UK’s motoring story for over 50 years. With a legacy built on introducing extended warranties to the UK in the 1970s and continuing ever since to bring protection, support, and peace of mind to drivers, dealers and partners alike.

Over the decades, we have worked closely with many of the UK’s most trusted names and businesses:

These partnerships have helped shape our expertise in warranty product development, claims administration, and dealer operations.

In 2020, we launched “The Motoring Organisation” as an independent brand, rooted in the experience we’ve accrued over decades. From that point, we set out to do things differently — to offer Aftercare that is smart, reliable, and customer-focused.

Our flagship Aftercare product is built to delivery what customers really need. We take the burden off drivers and dealers, helping protect against rising costs, uncertainties, and the unexpected.

Hugely disappointed with their decision making

Hugely disappointed with the feedback provided for not supporting warranty claim on faulty DPF, stating on the call that the part is known to be an issue on the car. No reason linked to wear and tear, driving style etc provided, nor did they provide any detailed reason. Outlined that the platinum plus cover on their sales flier covers DPF. When escalated concerns to a manager, was not interested. Garage bill £3k, max claim is £2k. Have the warranty for two more years, but can’t see them covering anything! Would never use again. Pursuing settlement, will pursue to the small claims court just out of principle. I’m sure their response to this will be the same stuff that is on other failed claims. Back your money for when car needs a fix

Great service

I had 3 oil leaks and I called just to check if I would be covered.... from start to finish it was the most stress free experience and Rachel ensured all the finances were paid and sorted in an extraordinarily quick amount of time. Thank u very much

Friendly, efficient and kind

Charlotte managed to resolve this quickly for me and went out of her way to let me know that the refund has now been issued as she wanted to let me know personally which I think is a lovely thing to do it’s more than appreciated when most people don’t rush to do their jobs anymore but to go out of her way to ring me is lovely.

Really helpful advice when I first…

Really helpful advice when I first phoned up. I really felt as if the company wanted to help me. Once the work was carried out I received the appropriate compensation quickly. Very impressed.

Excellent service from TMO

Excellent service from TMO, everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous and polite. My claim was handled promptly and efficiently and paid out unbelievably quickly. Can’t fault the service.

Very helpful and efficient service…

Very helpful and efficient service throughout and I was kept in the loop about everything. They were very understanding about the inconvenience being caused, and pushed to get things resolved asap which was very much appreciated.
