I love tommie tippie I’ve used it for all three of my kids and if I have more I’ll use them again and again. I’ve only had issues with one thing that was gifted to me a bottle brush but support was so easy and helpful and made everything better. Love their products.

that's what every customer service should be : top notch, fast to reply, very comprehensive and fully dedicated. We had an issue with one of our bottles and it has been taken care of within a few days, sending the new parts on such short notice. Very happy with their anticolic bottles and even more by the customer service team!

Customer service is a 10/10
Customer service is a 10/10 for me. The gentleman who helped wasn't hiding behind a facade and was straight to the point with the products and what he could do to help me with it. The only thing that sucked was that I own the old version of the breast pumps, so replacement parts are no longer available. Bummer, but he was so helpful no matter the outcome. I will just have to purchase the newer version, haha.

I lost a piece to attach straw and another lid entirely and they replaced the cup for free I thought that was so cool. We’ve used their bottles since birth as well never an issue!

I've had some issues with bottle parts…
I've had some issues with bottle parts wearing out sooner than I thought they should. The team, specifically Nicholas, Sophie and Izzy, were very helpful and got my problem taken care of with great communication. Very happy with the resolution!

Great customer support
I reached out to Tommee Tippee on Facebook because we have twins and are struggling to find a bottle that works. Beth and Morgan were so prompt and helpful with their response, and they even offered to send bottle samples for the girls. I reached out to about 15 different bottle companies, and Beth and Morgan were the only ones to provide true support. Thank you both so much!
