Malgré une erreur de ma part dans la commande, et une demande d’annulation de ma commande, j’ai eu une réponse très rapide (~30 minutes d’attente) et qui a pu m’aider. Très présents pour leur clientèle !

The customer service (Ollie) was super helpful. I realised I accidentally placed the wrong size order, and he refunded my order to allow me to order a new size. Ollie also advised me on how the sizing for different items works.
