Tonecheer Opiniões 

The quality of items is great, and I enjoy doing them. My issue is about customer service. I made a duplicate order accidentally and tonecheer will not refund me.
I placed a charge back with my bank, they still refused my refund until I cancelled the charge back. My bank stated not to cancel charge back in case they don’t refund me, which is what they are doing. I bought a lot from them and they won’t refund me what I’m entitled to. Very disappointed . Seems to me they want to wipe out chargeback to make themselves look good. I will not recommend them for their customer service once they have your money

Ho ordinato due prodotti dal sito di Tonecheer, purtroppo però non ho avuto una bella esperienza con la consegna del pacco a causa del corriere ed ho scritto a Tonecheer per avere aiuto a ricevere i prodotti. Il supporto che ho ricevuto da Tonecheer è stato altrettanto scadente, in una prima mail mi è stato risposto di contattare direttamente il corriere, nonostante nel messaggio iniziale io avessi già comunicato di averlo fatto e che cercavo aiuto loro proprio perché speravo potessero avere un contatto più diretto con il corriere. La risposta che ho ricevuto a questa mail è stata esattamente uguale alla prima (mi incitava a sentire direttamente il corriere) e ho risposto una seconda volta comunicando di averlo già fatto. La risposta che ho ricevuto è stata di contattarli durante i loro orari di ufficio; cosa che ho già fatto come comunicato tre volte. Ho chiesto per la terza volta aiuto affinché loro potessero entrare in contatto con il corriere dal momento che è stato irraggiungibile, ma non ho avuto risposta. Davvero una delusione enorme.

I had two bad experiences with Harry Potter book nooks from a different supplier and spent more than 220 dollars with a different provider. Both broke to a point where I had to throw them away. But Tonecheer's Harry Potter book nook restored my faith and passion on making book nooks. Top notch quality, its instruction is super clear, artwork is detailed, the entire build process has been so therapeutic and satisfying. If you are a Harry Potter fan and a book nook hobbyist, I definitely recommend this product.

Oh my, where to start. Such a fantastic quality builds! No loose parts, everything fits beautifully and the designs are so unique and absolutely mesmerising in real life (the photos and videos don’t do them justice at all). I did two factories from them (Candy and Star), very long builds, but they’re like nothing else I’ve build before. The finished pieces are so sturdy, even my daughter can play with them. I will be returning frequently!

Their products are very amazing in design and effects, from music, lights and movement’s effects. Quality are great, and the instructions are simple.

Customer service is quick to respond and has been able to address any questions or concerns. Love their kits and scenes.

All the nooks I buy from Tonecheer are well-made and fit together with minimal hassle. I've bought numerous items from Tonecheer and will purchase from them again. I gave them a 4 since my package was ripped open and items were missing. It took 4 weeks for them to "check with their carrier". Even with that Seal purchase gaurantee they charge you when you purchase. They never hear back from the carrier so they sent my replacements finally.

Greatly enjoyed the skating rink and the downhill skiing models. They are of good quality and fun to build. The skier set told a little bit of break in time for the skiers to go smoothly.

Ich bin sehr begeistert und es hat mir total viel Spaß gemacht dass zusammen zubauen. Die Anleitung sind verständlich und es ist insgesamt sehr stabil.
Die zusätzlichen Funktionen mit Licht und Drehrädern sind toll!

I really love there desing and i'm looking forwar to buy the galaxy boat. But i dislike that they use AI on their adds (at least thats what they seem to me) and that for me is expensive.

Wonderful product, excellent quality and directions! Love your products and plan on buying many more. I complete them with my 14-year-old grandson and he loves working on them. Even when it gets a little difficult, he does not give up and is very proud of the final product!

I love the quick replies when you have questions. Also, when you leave a review with the smallest concern, they follow up. This is a great company that prides themselves on great products and taking care of their customers. I will always be a customer!
