No longer working and its cross connecting to another country where couple talking (thank god I don’t understand them) but i have a lot money in it as I used to regularly use it to call my parents.

Ich habe 2 Handys und kann nicht verbunden werden.
Seit 2 Wochen versuche ich mit Emails Toolani zu kontaktieren um meine Problem zur lösen da kommt kein Antwort.
Früher hatten man direkt Chat.

Seit ca. 2 Wochen ist telefonieren nicht möglich. Stelle jetzt fest, dass mein Konto deaktiviert ist. Damit ist auch das Restguthaben weg, glücklicherweise nur ein paar Euro. Nie wieder toolani!

Mein Guthaben kann ich nicht aufbrauchen. Seit Juli 2024 funktionieren die Einwahlnummern nicht mehr. Ein Kontakt, um die Rückzahlung zu veranlassen, gibt es nicht.

No hay servicio al cliente, y no respetan las condiciones de venta, he solicitado reembolso y no hay nadie que conteste los emails o teléfono de contacto, me han robado 30€.

It worked for years but stopped working in Spain. Still have credit but I guess I can kiss it goodbye. No response from Support. My elderly parents who are not tech savvy were relying on it as they don't get on with mobile (and international calls on mobiles from Spain are really expensive anyway). The just want to use their trusty landline phone to phone family abroad, but it's not working anymore.

Habe seit mehreren Wochen ein Problem mit toolani.
Es kam eine Meldung mein Guthaben sei nicht mehr ausreichend.(was ich nicht verstehe, es ist prepaid und wenn das Guthaben aufgebraucht ist, dann gibt es eben keinen Dienst mehr, oder?). Wie auch immer ich habe wieder einige Euro aufgeladen und seit diesem Zeitpunkt erhalte ich nur die die Mitteilung mein account sei gesperrt. Habe dem Service gebeten diesen wieder zu aktivieren, daraufhin erhalte ich nur nichtssagende Meldungen eines Herrn Winter. Habe jetzt toolani in Wien angeschrieben (postalisch) und eine Fristsetzung vorgenommen. Wenn bis dahin nicht entweder mein account wieder freigeschaltet wird oder mein Geld zurückgezahlt wird, werde ich eine Anzeige bei der Bundesnetzagentur vornehmen.Dieses rate ich auch allen anderen Geschädigten, denn hier scheinen doch Leute mit einigem Betrugspotenzial unterwegs zu sein.

Zeer slecht bedrijf. Telefoonnummers werken niet. Op e-mails geen reactie behoudens een standaard antwoord. Doe geen zaken met ze, is geld weggooien.

Toolani worked fine when from my landline, but now that I can only use my mobile it doesn't connect to the (only) number I need it for, an elderly relative in the US (from here in the UK). Multiple attempts just get me the on-screen message "Call Failed", yet according to the person I called, the phone rang multiple times but when she picked up no one was there. To add salt to the wound I was charged for the calls that did not connect. I have emailed Toolani "Customer Service" (as suggested) outlining the issue but surprise surprise no response apart from an acknowledgement in a foreign language (German?).

No response from company so I guess my credit balance is just lost.

Toolani still not working in Spain. Having waited a few days I tried to use Toolani again today to make an international call. No luck! Toolani connection number in Madrid "no existe"! No response from customer service to my email about what has happened to the service. Website customer service options not working. My account has a credit balance. I guess I won't be getting a refund!

Been using this app for 8 years and now I can't make any calls from Spain.... Now I see from other reviews I'm not alone !

VoIP worked last week from Portugal and now back in Spain neither apps working !!!!!

I have been happily using Toolani for 6 years now to make international calls from home in Canada!!!
However, I cannot use Toolani Abroad anymore ....it fails( the application) repeatedly for more than a year now . I travel overseas regularly and found this feature very useful earlier but not anymore. In fact even the 'Help' option on the Toolani Application generates a "exception handling error" message when I click on it. Something is just not right with Toolani!! Can a complany representative please respond ?

Sent 3 emails as when I make a call from Spain to the UK I am being told the Spanish number the call goes through doesn't exist. Automated response " we'll get back to you" but nothing for 3 days now. Even David West not responding. I have a balance in my account and fear they have gone out of business. Very disappointed after a few good years of service.

Llevo desde principios de junio sin poder llamar y tengo crédito,no hay actualmente donde reclamar

Dejó de funcionar de repente. Se quedaron con todo el dinero que había y al recargar otros 10 euros, no funciona. El "servicio de atención" es un mensaje automático que ya te responderán, pero no te ayudarán nunca.
¡Qué forma de hundir un negocio! No lo recomiendo a nadie.

De cada 10 llamadas que intento, con 7 u 8 el servicio falla y dice que el teléfono del receptor "no está disponible", o "no existe". No es NADA FUNCIONAL. NO RECOMEMDABLE EN ABSOLUTO.

My account has been locked for nearly 2 weeks with no explanation and no response to my numerous messages. Don’t rely on this service or feel confident that you will be able to access any credit on your account.
