Seit Tagen kann ich nicht mehr nach Wien telefonieren, bekomme auch vom Kundendienst keine Antwort. Werde versuchen mein Geld über PayPal zurück zu bekommen. Ich verstehe das nicht, jahrelang hat es klaglos funktioniert. Was ist da los?

Looks like toolani is gone kaput .

Looks like toolani is gone kaput .. not working in Ireland for the last few weeks. I still have credit which I don’t suppose they will be returning… not sure to whom they answer if anybody. Will give comreg a shout.

Keine Verbindung mehr nach USA

Seit Anfang Januar baut toolani keine Verbindung mehr nach USA auf. Herr Achim Winter vom support antwortet nicht. Ich will mein Guthaben zurück. Bekomme aber keine Email Empfangsbestätigung zurück, wie vorher üblich. Schade. War seit vielen Jahren bei toolani und hatte auch zu Herrn Winter immer guten Kontakt, wenn mal was auszubügeln galt.

Seit ca 4 Jahren keine Festnetzanrufe mehr von CH nach D möglich

Seit ca. 2022 keine Anrufe mehr vom Schweizer Festnetz nach Deutschland mehr möglich. Damals antwortete mir der CEO Jürgen Winter, es sei vorübergehend und würde wieder funktionieren. Es tat sich nichts, auf der homepage wurde weiterhin für die Verbindungen aus der Schweiz geworben. Ich wollte diverse Male meinen Rest-kontostand zurückerstattet bekommen. Mail existiert noch, es kommen die automatischen Antworten, dass man sich drum kümmert. Richtige Antworten gibt's aber nicht, auch bei "Drohung", dass ich es an kassensturz etc. melde. Heute war auch kein Kontozugriff mehr möglich. Ich habe denen heut geschrieben, dass ich vermute, dass toolani nur eine Briefkastenfirma ist.

As others have said it's stopped…

As others have said it's stopped working. It either says the number is not recognised when calling from the app, or when you call from a web page it occasionally lets you through but won't let you dial an extension number. With very ill elderly parents overseas and we cannot get hold of the nursing home or hospital this is atrocious.

Non funziona più.Niente assistenza.Per tanto tempo che uso questo servizio…

Per tanto tempo che uso questo servizio ma all' improvviso non si può collegare la chiamata dicendo che è il numero inesistente. Eppure ho ancora credito disponibile nel mio account.
Ho mandato messaggi tante volte per aiuto ma non mi risponde nessuno.
FAQ e Help sono stati rimossi dal sito. Ho bisogno di spiegazioni. Se non mi possono più dare i servizi mi rimborsate immediatamente!

Was a good service

Was a good service. Stopped working, removed app. Reinstalled, not working. Luckily only £4.60 credit on account.
Today 1day later, my credit jumped to £5.15. SORRY TOOLANI HAS STOPPED WORKING. Not worked since update 9 December. Usless.

Since mid November no longer works in…

Since mid November no longer works in UK. Sent couple of emails with enquiries but no reply, still got few £ left on my credit. It's a shame as it was the cheapest way to communicate with my elderly parents abroad.
