I have placed multiple orders with topperzstore and if I'm being 100% honest, it’s not my first port of call, it’s my only port of call for my cap needs, before New Era, 24/7, fanatics direct. I know caps can be sorced all over but the selection on Topperzstore is outstanding. I’m a huge Chicago sports fan from the Bulls, Bears & the almighty Blackhawks!! Want a laugh, Chicago blackhawks via NE has 5 products listed, Pat and the team have ten times that!! That’s just one example on the selection, they really do have a great product range right across multiple teams and sports. So off to a great start, yes but the stock they carry is just as impressive as the size of there ranges. They are the more sought after, harder to get items, the type of items that excite hat collectors. So much so I have ordered nearly 20 caps since the start of February. They also have a good range of items to help protect & clean your caps which is important because if you use the wrong stuff your entire cap is ruined. I especially like the sweat band protectors they have, they are easy to swap in and out your cap of the day, got some great padding which helps with the looser fitting caps and my favorite is the cap carriers. I have 2 of them, one for up to 6 and the other for 2 caps. One I don’t leave the house without, it’s always in my car so whenever my cap is off it’s in the carrier. I also keep a brush in there too which is used before it goes in the carrier. The 6 holder is my travel one, yes I have went a 4 night trip to Amsterdam and taken 6 caps plus the one I was wearing. They are fantastic and can fit in a case or a bag while still protecting your caps. So for me, offering on the table for me, it’s an entire experience because you have everything you need all on one site. They always have some kind of offer, I’m a fan of the 4 for 3 or 3 for 2 offers, excellent value of at least 20% in most cases, they also through in free dleivery when you hit a certain spend aswell which is a speedy service via UPS. I have seen packages ship, process through customs, arrive in UK and delivered inside a week, sometimes soon, all dependent on when you order but they are on top of things and get a fast dispatch.

So what’s the reason for mentioning all these points, it’s hard to find all of that plus outstanding and personal customer experience with there team, which is a massive bonus. It takes me longer to get some companies on the phone than what it takes to get an email back from the team. They are extremely friendly, professional and helpful and go the extra mile to help. They certainly have for me. So when thinking about spending your hard earned money, there’s nowhere else I would go to first other than to Topperzstore because of each and every one of the points in my email. You can all be guarantee that you won’t get bad service!

Placed an order on this site. They say the order should arrive in 2-3 days. Its been a week later and my package is still in an GLS depot and they sayvits lost. Contacted topperzstore but nothing is really done. Overall bad experience.

Terrible experience. UPS admitted they delivered my order to the wrong address, yet Topperzstore has offered no help or solution. I’ve been left chasing a replacement with zero support, and now the gift I ordered won’t arrive on time. Why should customers pay the price for UPS’s mistake? Completely unacceptable and very poor customer service.
