I was a little impatient and contacted the support system as soon as the 72 hour waiting period for new friend gifts from a certain platform was over, and they replied within the minute and completed the order. The representative on support chat was incredibly professional and polite! I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to save quite a bit of money :)

I bought Diablo 4 on September 21st, and I still haven't received it... The necessary three days have passed, yet there’s been total silence... They aren't replying; they aren't even trying to fix the issue...

First purchase. Took a while as I was not familiar on how it works. However, support crew were certainly helpful. A few emails and happily download the game. Looking forward to more offers (with less mistakes and delays, hopefully).

These guys ARE scammers. They don't share gift codes or whatever they say. They just don't. I have been waiting for 4 long days now; they have said that they will not continue.

its now been 4 days and I still do not have my game keys delivered. The business model is intentionally misleading. The accounts I have added on my friends list are eligible to transfer the game but haven't. I am now worried my battle.net account will be flagged.
