Regarding the Toyota GT86 CSF Filler Neck order, we understand your frustration with the unexpected price change and the delay in receiving your item. The change in pricing was due to a new distributor arrangement with CSF in Europe, which was beyond our control and resulted in a higher cost than initially listed on our website. We endeavoured to communicate this to you as transparently as possible and appreciate your understanding in agreeing to the adjusted price.

We also recognise that the delivery time was longer than anticipated. Although we instructed the distributor for next-day shipping, there was an unforeseen delay on their part, for which we apologise. We understand that this, combined with difficulties in reaching us over the phone, contributed to a less than satisfactory experience for you.

We take your comments seriously and are constantly working on improving our communication channels and response times to provide better customer service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

Regarding the stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock information on our website, but occasionally there are discrepancies, especially with products that have limited availability or are sourced internationally. In instances where a product is unavailable, our policy is to inform our customers promptly and process refunds as quickly as possible or offer alternative products.

Concerning your refund, it was processed via PayPal following your request after we notified you of the product's unavailability. PayPal transactions can sometimes take a little time to reflect in the account, depending on the processing times of the financial institutions involved.

We also wish to address the matter of the several phone calls you made. At TORQEN, we uphold a policy of respect and professionalism in all our interactions. Unfortunately, the nature of the conversation, including the use of xenophobic remarks and insults, was distressing for our staff and contrary to our standards of conduct. As a result, this matter has been escalated and is currently under investigation by the Metropolitan Police. All evidence on this matter has already been provided to the Police.

We really hope that VIS Racing can speed things up in the future as they have really great products but the lead times are ridiculous. We do understand this but we don't have a huge amount of control over this as we're solely a retailer for their products.
