I don't know how people book a trek in Torres without Torres Hike. The initial booking was very easy and Tomas was very helpful when we needed to modify our itinerary.

Great service. I booked the O Circuit through Torres Hike and the experience was very seamless. I even had to make some changes to my itinerary and they easily accommodated. Communication was excellent and the team at Torres Hike was very responsive. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend working with them. They helped make it simple.

We booked the W-trek very easily in August for November 2022. Then, two month later, I get an email saying that Vértice has overbooked the Grey campsite for our first night so we can't sleep there....two options: skip that night and do a much longer first day or sleep two nights in Paine Grande.We choose the second option but I had to send emails and emails to get the final voucher...I finally got it one week before starting our trek!!

Then, while in Torres del Paine, we decided to hike to Glaciar Grey the first day and I was really surprised when I saw the Grey campsite pretty empty at 6pm! I even asked the reception to know I there was space and she told me yes!

So in the end, very easy to book the campsites through Torres Hike but what a hassle to have to contact then over and over to get answers and we could have gotten our spot at Grey campsite!

It was my dream to do the W Trail, yet with the campsites in the national park run by multiple different Spanish-speaking organisations, navigating the booking process seemed harder than finding your way round the actual trek. It came Torres Hike to save the day! The team helped put together the perfect itinerary which made for an unforgettable and seamless camping experience. It requires a bit of your own research and independence, so not the same as using a major (and probably more expensive) tour agency which probably sorts the busses for you too, BUT their website is super accessible, and you can select your preferred route or additional options with ease. No issues with the campsites finding our details upon arrival; everything that Torres Hike had arranged and sent us was correct, even after we made alternations a few months before the trip. When we requested those changes to the reservation, Tomas and Abby responded quickly, and were able to amend/refund as appropriate, keeping us up to date every step of the way. Thanks so much :D

Even had to rebook and update bookings through customer service and it was an absolute breeze

Terrible experience. Booked with them months in advance only to get an email within weeks of my trip that the campsite I booked through them and had received confirmation on was "canceled" because they accidentally overbooked it. Now there is no more availability for the spot I needed and it has thrown off my entire trip. You're much better off just booking directly through Vertice, CONAF, ext. as this company doesn't seem legitimate

Awesome customer service! I accidentally booked an extra campsite for one of the destinations and they noticed it and reached out to me to confirm it was in fact and accident. They took care of it within minutes of my reservation!

Website was extremely easy to use but had some minor hiccups - the website would not allow me to include different emergency contacts for the ppl in our group even though the option was there to do so.

While booking the campsites, you can see the daily hiking routes and there are warnings if the hiking distance is too long.

We emailed to ask a question and received a response within a few hours.

Such an easy, convenient booking experience. Worth the minor extra fees for the ease and comfort of not making booking errors for the trek.

Easy booking process. The thought of using multiple company’s’ platforms seemed daunting so glad it was centralized. Additional info for each camp would be helpful (pics, map, few reviews, etc) for folks like me who are unfamiliar with the area. Perhaps a reservation itinerary map at the end that shows booking would be nice. My hiking buddy and I had to use quite a few blogs and other sites to decide the number of nights that would be best for us. Overall a TorresHike is a good tool.

I used Torres Hike to book my campsite for the O trek in Jan/Feb 2023 mainly to avoid the hassle of booking with different websites. It went fairly smoothly. Very happy with the service!
