Over many years with shoulder problems and stiffness in the back the treatment I have received from various members of the total therapy team have been impressive. Being a senior citizen and fairly fit I am grateful to all of them for getting me more mobile.
If anyone is in need of any sort of treatment for their ailments I highly recommend you give them a visit.

Sarah is simply brilliant. Sorted my back in 3 months, where others failed over 10 years. Just sorted my shoulder. Excellent.

My experience with TTS is 100% positive. I returned to class as soon as it was possible and found everything completely safe and extremely well organsied. Anyone with any doubts should certainly have no worries about coming back to class. There is nothing quite like being in the studio.

Fantastic Team and fully holistic approach. I love Total Therapy they are great from their warm knowledgeable reception team to each of their therapists. I have used many of their services over the years since they opened and all have been excellent. Totally recommended.

It's great to be back in the studio. All the measures put in place make me feel safe and confident to go back in. Throughout the last 18 months I have been kept up to date with everything they have been doing. In fact them keeping in touch made me feel that they were really looking out for me - not just my physical well-being but mental well-being as well. I cannot recommend Sarah and all the team highly enough.

On line Pilates course - a range of teachers who focus on different areas of the body - all really well explained & beautifully delivered.

I use Total Therapy for their Pilates classes. All instructors really knowledgeable and helpful. Very well structured classes, both online and in the studio. There are a wide range of classes to choose from; they are enjoyable and I have found them beneficial.
Classes are constantly evolving depending on user requests and you have the choice of studio or online

Total Therapy have a very personal touch and have been brilliant at keeping people informed during the pandemic. They have adapted classes to deal with pandemic issues and this has been much appreciated.

Reception staff are very helpful and are so good at dealing with requests

The online classes have been excellent during this time, the instructors react to questions and give personal direction throughout if needed.

I suffered a bad ankle brake and dislocation.My physical therapist is Jack who has really helped in my recovery. He is a keen runner so totally understands my need to try to return to running. My physical therapy is followed with a full exercise program to follow in between appointments. The reception staff are all very friendly and the clinic is clean and well equipped.

Sarah is a brilliant physio and Pilates instructor! I’ve been to see many people over the years and she is truly the best! She always gets to the root of the issue and gives exercises and stretches to carry out at home. Her clinical Pilates classes target areas that need working on and she watches everyone carefully to ensure all moves are carried out correctly.

Everything about my recent visit (for a bad back assessment!) was faultless....commmunication was excellent, both before and after, receptionist was/is delightful(!), and the treatment and advice from Jack has made a huge difference to my sore back. Could not ask for more...VERY reasonable on price too. Highly recommended.

I have a reflexology appointment with Linda at Total Therapy on an ad hoc basis. Every treatment I have had, has been so pleasant and helpful. Linda is a great listener and will tailor her treatment to my needs. I always come out feeling so much more relaxed. And the treatment continues to help over the following weeks.

I love online classes with TTS but it's wonderful to be back in the studio. The classes are small so I have lots of space and individual attention. I recently tried the new equipment studio and really enjoyed working on the different machines and learning about what my body needs. As always, I expertly guided and encouraged so that I felt safe and supported throughout. I really appreciate the extra cleaning and health checks that have been put in place at TTS but am delighted that the studio is as friendly and welcoming as ever.
