Won €12k here, got paid out €2k, then got an email saying " Management has decided to cancel your account."

Won't pay my winnings, nothing more said. No terms said I breached, that was it and now won't reply.

I was supposed to receive a refund because of a failed deposit. They told me they will contact the finance department, i have contacted them like more than 10 times already and still nothing after 2 weeks! Stuff the money up your ass man and keep it, dont play on this site guys!

They closed my account by mistake but i could not reopen it very strange but i have 200 euro withdraw and 48 euro that's need to be refunded. This is still under proces since the 30th of November. It's 14 days later and i contacted them 15 times already and EVERYTIME they say sorry bla bla the relevant team will update you soon. i play in a lot of casino's but this casino is BY FAR the most scam/rigged on. How is it possible that after 14 full days not 1 withdraw or even the refund has been paid out or even ans answer. Oh i almost forgot the chat contact the payment team 5 TIMES to speed up or something and also didn't do anything.

Dont play on this casino, i deposit with 150% bonus. I wagering 6000 euro and when i did withdrawal. They cancelled the withdrawal and took my bonus money and now i only have the deposit money.

The wagering is bad, you need to wagering the bonus money too. On a 70 euro deposit i needed to wagering 6000 euro.

A scam casino, so all my winnings and the time is gone. They have took my money. I contacted the support and they said its because i have spin over 5 euro bet but I have not.
