Very difficult to make contact. My items were sent and received quickly but it took me chasing several times for my offer to be confirmed and then chasing again for my payments to be processed.

Wasn’t sure about this but defo worth it!
Wasn’t sure about this but it all worked seamlessly. I cleared space in my house, recycled lots of unused Lego and made money in the process. Great service. Very happy! Recommend!

Items given a new life
It was easy to submit my items and payment was made without delay. It is pleasing to find that the items can bring joy to others instead of being in a cupboard unused.

Toy Exchange offer a great service
Toy Exchange offer a great service. We sold 15kg of bulk lego. The price offered was fair and we were offered free postage. Funds arrived quickly - within 2 weeks. I would recommend them highly.

I found this very easy to use but I would suggest that payment might take up to 7-10 days to go into bank instead of 72 hours.
Very happy with prices and how quickly I could send them out to yourselves

Really easy system to use
Really easy system to use, free post labels sent straight out. There was a delay between the parcel being delivered and the payment being made and replies to emails often took a few days. Only had cause to contact as website states payment made day after receipt/checking. If website was altered to say payment could take 7 days (for example) then there would be no need to chase/query. Now I understand they are a small family business and appreciate the time constraints I would not hesitate to use again.

Straight forward process
Straight forward process, relatively quick processing and paid what they estimated. My only gripe would be for me selling Lego sets the price difference given between 100% complete and over 95% considering the parts to make them 190% would be pence. Would have done myself if the parts I wanted weren’t completely out priced by delivery charges to receive them. Overall pleased with the process and freed up much needle space
