AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I would have given zero stars but it wasn't an option. I ordered from an "Irish" website. Nowhere on it did it state the item was coming from a different country. I have been waiting a month now and keep receiving notifications that my item is out for delivery and then another saying the delivery date has changed. I ordered a present for my sons birthday which has long since passed. An absolute farce of a company with only an online chat to contact which doesn't respond to queries for a very long time. I will NEVER order from here again and am opening a dispute with my bank. AVOID!!!!!!!

I was not aware that the products were…
I was not aware that the products were sent from outside EU. Its very misleading when they add Sweden to their name. I got the toys several days after my sons birthday. The goods were stuck in customs, I had to pay extra. And for the money spent, the toys are just rubbish. Never felt so fooled before.

And I was contacted separately by ToysCentral to regard this as a one-off incident and was offered to be reimbursed for the extra cost… they clearly don’t understand customer care.
I was fooled to think it was a local Swedish company due to their displayed name toyscentral.se which leads you to think it’s a Swedish site. Delivery was way off and quality of goods really bad I regards price/quality. To offer a reimbursement for customs costs when everything else was bad is just to rub salt in the wounds.
My recommendation is to stay away.

Well, I am overall happy with my experience and will buy from toyscentral in the future. The only thing I didn't like was that I was not informed about the additional import fees. Information about any possible additional fees should be provided in advance.
