I was helped by a super knowledgeable polite person that goes by the name of Xen, this was my very first time buying a harness, she knew so much, she pointed me to a sturdy yet reasonably priced one and it works so well. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another toy store again this is my new regular.

Was priced more than in a local store in my area and it is not what I was expecting it’s very cheap looking and doesn’t work well for my partner the picture made it seem like it was going to be mind blowing definitely was sad with the results.

Best sex store
Love this story brought to Roy’s so far from them.My first purchase was a dildo though that was damaged by mistake so I throw it away lol, had to go buy another but the cashier remembered me and informed me that with some of their toys has warranty so if damaged they will replace it if I have the receipt..I love this feature do to most stores don’t have this option.

Poor communication
They didnt have the item requested and substituted without asking me. There was a difference in pricing and when I called asking to be refunded the difference the manager said they would refund it. The refund was not received.
