Customer service didn't believe a missing toy had not been delivered with the remainder of a close to $500 order.
Took three phone calls and an email thread to get a refund. (Used refund to re-purchase missing toy)

Buyer Beware! I ordered late afternoon for a one hour local delivery, to my Air BNB when I was traveling, when nothing showed I called and they told me due to a different billing/shipping address, their system would not allow the charge, The woman I spoke with at the store was completely bitchy the entire conversation, I told her I needed the delivery by 6pm and could they just use another credit card, she claimed that was not possible and their system required me to send them pictures of my license and credit card and I did, then after submitting those she canceled the order out of spite without alerting me, nothing ever showed, the night did not go as planned. I would never use this company under any circumstances, their local one hour delivery is simply uber and they are rude, unorganized and spiteful.
