Plumber is coming tomorrow to fit after calling in today to do a site visit, he said he is really looking forward to installing it.

Trads cast iron radiators
I had done a lot of looking at different cast iron radiator suppliers, together with measuring and checking, prior to purchasing from Trads. The Trads online tools for custom building the radiators was excellent and actually invaluable. I don’t think I could have got to this point without it. The efficiency and excellence of customer service has been first class from start to finish. Yesterday when the radiators were delivered, the driver was really careful and professional throughout. The first radiator is in today and looks fantastic. The heating engineers are really impressed with them and the quality of the valves, etc. I was nervous about how this all would work out but it couldn’t have gone better or more smoothly. Thank you very much.

Everyone I spoke to was delightful. Queries on colours and finishes were answered with the most personal helpful prompt responses I have ever met from any company. They really are lovely to deal with. The updates on production have been constructive and I cannot await arrival of my radiators!
