Just picked up a new Trans K9 VC1 dog cage for the Dog Aid Scotland van. Great to be working with another Scottish company doing amazing things for dogs (and owners) far and wide!! Huge thanks to Jeanette for the help and guidance....

From first contact through email,to actually picking the crate up went so smoothly. Unsure of which of the 2 crate would fit best,it wasn't a problem, both crates were brought to see which one was the best fit.This is my second experience with TransK9(New car)would always use /recommend.The safety and comfort for my dogs are paramount.

Didn't have my car on file so they spent hours going through the drawings to get me a crate that would fit and couldn't be more grateful. Thank you to everyone at transk9

Very easy process and good sales team. Was worried and had questions about the size and if it was suitable for my lab. I was sent multiple pictures of similar size dogs in the same cage. Once delivered took my lab out the next day and it’s been excellent. Completely silent and well made can see it lasting a lifetime. Perfectly build to fit both of my cars

What a fantastic service from the team at TransK9. Speedy delivery service and the item was received in good packaging and on the day it was promised. The high quality of the item is superb, my 2 spoilt boxers will now be safe when being transported in their new cage. I would highly recommend Trans-K9 to anyone considering a cage for their own pet.

What a professional and extremely helpful experience, the cage is fantastic, once the car is cleaned I will fit it in, Dotty has been in, bit nervous at first but will give me peace of mind knowing she is safe and secure. Fab experience at the TransK9 unit yesterday - the office ladies and the warehouse team could not have been more helpful. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding staff leading to a satisfied customer and owner. Our K9 transit box was loaded for us while we completed the transaction. First class all round!

Collected my TransK9 crate yesterday. Was fitted for me which was terrific.
Absolutely delighted with the service and my new super duper crate and the accessories. Hope to have many safe travels with my two border collies.

We are delighted with our TransK9 crate and accessories. The crate is very sturdy, fits into our car perfectly, very secure and even better, our puppy loves it! Jeanette was fantastic, very helpful and kept us fully up to date with the status of our order and delivery date. Would highly recommend.

After my Crate was not delivered by Palletline, the lady in the office ( sorry didn't get her name but she is new) did a great job in tracking it down and getting it to me the next day.

After being involved in a serious car accident with one of my dogs in the vehicle, I knew I could never compromise again when it came to safety. The TransK9 cage is quite simply the only option – solid, secure, and indestructible. It’s the only thing I trust to keep my two working cocket Spaniels safe on the road.

From the moment I contacted the team, the customer service was outstanding – quick replies, helpful advice, and no hassle. The pick-up was seamless, and they even fitted the cage into my car for me and explained everything clearly.

My dogs are visibly happier too – they have their own spacious, comfortable sections for travelling. I’m absolutely delighted and feel far more at ease knowing they’re protected.

Highly recommend this cage to anyone serious about protecting their dog while in transit. You won’t regret investing in this.

I have purchased 3 cages from transk9 over the last few years and every time they have been excellent from the first phone call until I received my cages. This time they were exceptionally helpful as we were unsure of which car we were buying and kept contacting them asking questions. I totally recommend transk9 for there excellent cages and exceptional customer service.

This my second TransK9 double dog crate for my GSD's. I have looked at many alternatives but they are simply not on the same level. The design and build quality of these crates is just excellent and would not transport my two GSD's in anything else.

I contacted the company by telephone and spoke to Sharon who guided me through the ordering process and explained the details of the dog cages. She told me she would contact me when the Cage was on its way and true to her word she did. The transport company they use gave me a delivery window and kept to it and rang me when they were 15 minutes away. The cage arrived securely wrapped and strapped to a pallet.
Once unwrapped the cage was fitted into my car in less than 2 minutes and the dogs were in it within 5.
A robust and well manufactured dog cage which I'm sure will last me a very long time. Thank you Sharon and all at TransK9.

We had a query about whether we needed a single or double crate and Sharon at the company was super helpful and guided us to the correct decision
Our new crate arrived on a pallet and very well packed The whole experience has been faultless!
An extra bonus is that having bought our second crate we have been able to advertise our original crate on their website free of charge The only request is that you make a small donation to the British Heart Foundation So not only a great company but ethical too Refreshing in todays world!
Would definitely recommend anybody wanting to buy a crash tested secure dog grate to invest in a TransK9 Worth every penny
