Amazing service from Jeanette and the team at Trans K9! Very responsive to queries and cage arrived well within a week.
Fitting was quick and easy and the C41 looks and fits great in our Skoda Karoq. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Bought a C50 Double Dog Cage for my Volvo XC90 and 2x 33kg Boxer Dogs, the cage is really well made and feels very premium quality... It shows great craftmanship in every aspect and i am massively impressed with both the overall build quality and fit within my car. My dogs are both happy to climb in and travel in both comfort and safety.

The buying and delivery process were dealt with by Jeanette, who ensured that it would be delivered on a day to suit me and it all happened perfectly as expected. Palletline handled the delivery, who kept me well informed, were on time and were great unloading, waiting whilst I unpacked the cage and were happy to take away the unwanted delivery pallet.

Id be more than happy to recommend TransK9 to anyone, I appreciate its a premium price, but I feel its 100% a premium product backed up by the 10 Year Structural Warranty, which no other brands will provide.

I am so impressed I will be buying another soon for my 2nd vehicle.

UPDATE: After getting to speak with a very responsive Customer Service rep at TransK9 today, I am happy to say that this issue has been fully resolved with a mutually acceptable solution. It just takes one person to listen and take up the cause to get things fixed quickly and efficiently. Thanks to "J" at TransK9 for resolving my issue with decisiveness and a smile.

ISSUE WITH PRODUCT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I contacted TransK9 in mid-January 2025 regarding an issue with my B29 double dog cage. The paint finish had started to peel off in several places on the dividing partition. I was asked to provide pictures of the affected areas, which I promptly did. Here we are in March and I still haven't had a response, despite a couple of follow up calls where I was told that staff had changed and the issue would be passed on. I'm really disappointed in the service from TransK9 and I'm considering an alternative brand once this crate needs replacement.

Wonderful effort from the team! We are local and they were very happy to have us visit and have the right cage fitted.

I have literally driven home and there wasn’t a single noise,squeak or anything. The quality is excellent. I see us having this for a long time.

What can I say about this product that hasn’t already been said! Firstly, we have spent too long accepting our own methods of transporting our dogs! Finally deciding that our dogs are as important as we are we purchased the K9 C27 cage.OMG the experience from start to delivery was the beginning.Thank you Sharon for allaying any Q’s about the cage. It arrived as planned and promised and in perfect condition and was easily unpacked and installed into the car. The dogs took to the crate instantly with the vet dog bed and together we spent a five hour round trip the following day to an event happily. I can’t recommend this company enough and look forward to many safer trips in the future. If you are looking at purchasing a cage for your dog/s look no further than TransK9. What a fantastically well made product these crates are, I would definitely go as far as to say the best on the market. They are not cheap, but you can see it is designed to last. So don't fall for the trap of paying cheap and paying twice, just bite the bullet and get one of these.

Amazing transit boxes! Gives you peace of mind that your furbabies are well protected if your involved in a collision. They also have an escape hatch in case you can't open your boot for whatever reason. We have these boxes in two of our cars and I also use them at work. Customer service was excellent also. We chose to collect and Sharon gave brilliant directions to the factory plus was very friendly on arrival as well as her employees who helped load the box into our car. Will definitely be buying from again. Thank you @transk9 😊

This is my second box from Trans-K9 the boxes are exceptional quality. Really helpful staff and went out of their way to way to ensure I had the correct product. This second box was for a new car that boxes haven't been designed for yet. They sent measurements in advance so we could work out what would fit and on arrival worked out the best solution for the car and the dog. Fantastic company, would recommend to everyone.

Really impressed with TransK9 and Sharon in particular. I had to wait some weeks for my cage as it was out of stock. Sharon sent it by overnight delivery as I was struggling to have someone available for the initial date. The mat was also out of stock and came later, she include some rubber door bungs for free with the second delivery. Excellent customed service, thank you so much.

We recently purchased a C4 double crate for our VW California Campervan. Sharon was extremely helpful and responsive throughout, helping us select the best option to fit the space we had available. Robert was also really helpful on the day we went to collect it. We are absolutely delighted with the crate and the service received from Trans-K9. Would highly recommend.

We recently bought the C44 crate for our cocker spaniel. Sharon and the team were extremely communicative and organised a delivery date that suited us. The crate arrived on the right day perfectly packaged and protected and is fantastic, exactly what we wanted and gives us real peace of mind knowing the dog will be perfectly safe if we were to have an accident. These crates aren’t cheap and are a real investment but are so worth it! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Sharon was extremely helpful with my queries about a recently acquired crate, which is of excellent quality.

Bought C42 a month ago. These crates are brilliant, had a little problem fitting but it was my car not the crate. Sharon was great with helping me sort it out. My dog previously travelled in a rear seat hammock but he got loose a couple of times. He took to the crate straight away.
The design and quality is superb.
If you want your furry friend to travel safely do not hesitate in getting one of these Transk9 crates

We bought a C10 double dog crate for our Border Collie and new Labrador/Collie puppy. Both are really happy inside and the build quality is second to none. Useful 'tray' on top to store items and the bumper protector does a great job of shielding our VW Multivan.

We now have 2 of these incredible cages as we are a 2 car family. They are very strong and reliable. Sharon and Rob are absolutely amazing to deal with we’ve had 3 cages in total from them and collected all 3 they are brilliant and friendly. These cages if looked after will last a lifetime they also holds good value on the second hand market.
