Delivery was prompt and exactly as scheduled, and the crate arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The emergency escape hatch feature was the main selling point for me, as I felt it adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.

Like some others have mentioned, there is a metal ridge across the back of the crate, which could potentially cause harm in the event of a serious impact. To address this, I purchased a 1-meter length of 28mm pipe lagging and secured it over the ridge, and it works perfectly as extra padding.

Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and sturdiness of this crate. It feels secure, and I hope, of course, that it'll never be put to the test. Fingers crossed! 🤞

Emailed to query size I would need for my dog, got sent a few options. I then asked if I could take him to try the one that fit into my car, incase I needed to buy a new car. They kept one back so that I could do this. Thankfully it fit and now Winston is safer while in the car. The crate is a C19 which is one of the most popular

From initial enquiry through to having our double dog transit box fitted this afternoon at the Trans-K9 warehouse near Dalry, the service we have received from Sharon Marshall has been outstanding. The TransK9 crate is brilliant in every way ! Amazing and well designed transport cages. We use them in our cars and at home and the dogs love their safe space . We do long journeys so to have the peace of mind that the crate is crash tested is brilliant. Once ordered you get a phone-call to arrange delivery - the process is seamless. The delivery process with updates throughout is good too.

After changing from a Land Rover Discovery 4 to a Discovery 5 we realised we needed a different shape of Dog Crate. Also we wanted a stronger type that offered more protection for our labradoodle. After much research we decided on Transk9, and after speaking to Sharon she recommended the C37. Nothing was too much trouble for her she answered every question I had With unbiased advice, and I was so impressed. They did not have any in stock when I called but she informed me that they were expecting some in and would contact me as soon as stock arrived. True to her word two weeks later I received a phone call stating stock had arrived and they would be arranging delivery for me. I would recommend this product to anyone it is well made- strong- the emergency rear exit is reassuring and although some might say expensive you get what you pay for, it is worth every penny, and the customer service is exceptional.

We ordered a dog cage and it duly arrived on the day and time we were given. The quality appeared excellent. Unfortunately we had not paid enough attention to the dimensions of the cage and the size of our dog, the cage was without doubt too small! A bigger one would not have fitted our car. One phone call to Transk9, some new bubble wrap and a couple of days later, a courier picked it up. Within the week an e-mail from Transk9 said it had arrived back with them and our payment, less a very reasonable return charge was back in our account. Customer service is alive and well in Castle Douglas!!

Sharon and her team are amazing! No matter how many times I rang with a query Sharon always took the time to answer me. She was patient and kind and her knowledge and expertise is inspiring. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Very professional and their customer service just brilliant. The crate was delivered on a pallet, incredibly well protected which is what my dogs will be when travelling from now on. Their Trans-K9 crate is a thing of beauty and reassuringly strong and well made. There are no sharp edges and it is silent when the car is moving. The door locks and catches work well and there is a 10 year warranty should anything go amiss later on. The boot bumper is of a similar high quality and clips up onto the crate with ease. Product is faultless! Amazing and well built transport cages. We use them in the Discovery as well as in the home when we leave our dogs. We do long journeys so to have peace of mind that they're crash tested is brilliant. Once ordered you get a phone-call to arrange delivery and they sometimes ask additional information about your dog/s to ensure they will be safe and comfortable. I have 4 malinois and they haven't broken/chewed any of the cage in the few years we've used them.

This my second Trans K9. The first one (B34) is still like new but downsizing the car meant a change was necessary. The new car is a 2024 VW Tiguan for which a specific crate is not yet available. On contacting Sharon she was able to immediately specify the best fit available now (C32/C42) for the car and size of dog. We were delighted that the build and design quality is as high as our original crate. Delivery was rapid too. Ordered on the Thursday and it was with me by Monday lunchtime. Well done.

I ordered a crate because of a recommendation. It was great to get a call from Sharon, after I had ordered on line, to confirm dispatch date and arrange a convenient delivery date.
Product arrived as expected. Having read the installation video, I was disappointed to struggle to get the boot to close properly with the crate in place. A quick call to Sharon and I had a couple of suggestions to try. Not only was it reassuring to speak directly with Sharon but the problem solving suggestions were spot on! I am so pleased that my cocker spaniels will travel securely in my car.

this is the second transk9 transit box we have owned and the new one will go in our new RAV4. the Transit box was dispatched on Tuesday and arrived the next day in Wick which is an outstanding delivery service. The transits box's are excellent and well worth the price (the first one transk9 we have had since 2012 and it has been in 1 Mitsubishi outlander 1 Shogun and two Shogun Sports. Unfortunately Mitsubishi have pulled out of the uk so we have had to get a different make of car)

We have just returned home from a 5 hour return trip into Scotland for a visit to TransK9. A long journey but definitely worth it. It was only a change of vehicle that made the change necessary, this one being our 3rd crate.

Excellent advice and help from Sharon the owner and Andy the lovely warehouse man who ensured we got the right cage for our needs and our car. Sharon and Andy couldn’t have been more helpful and tried a couple of cages in the car for us. The quality of the cage is outstanding, extremely well built, well finished and we consider excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend this company who genuinely care about dog, owner and product.

Had a nice trip out to collect my box. We were treated royally by Sharon and the man who got our box and put it in the car for us (sorry, didn't get your name). Rory (the dog) had a much better experience driving home. This is the second Trans-K9 box I've had. They really are the best out there. Highly recommended.
