Repeated attempts to cancel and achieve refund have failed. Hours on the phone resulted in stone-walling. They "couldn't find my booking references" !! Then they wanted screen shots of my bank account to process my claim!
Whatever, 'Chantal Reynolds' posts on this site ignore as there is simply no reply from the 'customer care' address.

Diese Seite versucht sich als die Originalseite des Hotels auszugeben. Man denkt man ist bei der Internetseite des Hotels, bei der Buchung wird z.B die Übernachtung mit Frühstück und alles Gebühren und Steuern zu einem Preis angegeben. Nach der Bezahlung erhält man jedoch einen Preis der 40% höher ist als bei der Buchung angegeben und ohne Frühstück.
Eine Stornierung oder Änderung ist angeblich nicht möglich. Bei der Rückfrage direkt bei dem gebuchten Hotel ist diese Reservierung nicht vorhanden. Das ist uns konkret passiert.
Das sind Betrüger! Hände weg!

For me there is no possibility to cancel a reservation. No way to contact the company. I guess it is just another rip off.

£60 "fees" added to a £99 room reservation.
£99 was the advertised value, increased total at checkout and I only realised after I paid via Google pay. Called them in the states, point blank refused to refund me.

Dit bedrijf is misleidend, je denkt dat je op de site van de aanbieder zit, maar achteraf blijkt dit niet juist en brengen ze je servicekosten in rekening.

Hice una reservación en un hotel a través de la plataforma Guest Reservations creyendo que era un canal oficial o autorizado del hotel.

Cuando intenté resolverlo con el hotel, la atención fue poco clara y en algunos momentos grosera, sin darme una solución real ni apoyo para el problema de facturación.

 this is a complete scam. They full you by using the same name than the hotel so that it appears on top of the searches on Google. And then they charge you 50% on top of the regular price. Apparently the strategy is that they dont by rooms directly from the hotel but from Booking and then the charge of service fee. Which of course is not advertise as such. The price they advertise is more or less the price that the hotel will charge except that at the moment of charging your card they add 50%. Avoid at all cost and be very careful when looking for hotels names and trying to book directly from hotel hotels..

Booked this believing it was the hotel directly as it had their name in the URL when searching for the hotel on Google.
Initial price was inline with the likes of Hotel.com so booked it.
However with only one eye on it as was booking on my phone whilst working on my laptop i didn't see the added charges such as 'Tax Recovery' and 'Service Charges' (my fault i know). The cost has increased by 50%.

Contacted the hotel, they said it has been booked via Booking.com and wasn't their issue.

Avoid at all costs, total RIP OFF service!!!

They don’t provide invoices, and they don’t answer phone calls. It feels like a scam to me.

Had reservations at Sleep Inn & Suites East I-85 Montgomery, AL check in April 28, 2026. Could not check in because the price paid by this company did not match motel's price. Waiting one hour holding up others trying to check in and on the phone with this place customer service and music very loud in my ear while being put on hold time after time. Finally got it fixed the amount difference was one penny. Will not use this company again.

Same problem as all the other reviewers. What is the e mail of Priceline , anyone?

Scam. Avoid at any cost

I have had avery similar experience to the other reviewers. My booking was apparently made via this scam company, who sent it to Agoda before it then went on to reach IHG.
My 2 night booking was at first sight £190.87. That was before 'Resort Fees, Tax Recovery Charges and Service Fees' which made it up to £313. Guest Reservations uses an undeliverable email address. They are however run by Priceline and an email to Priceline got through.

On a £115 room they charged £195.50 there was no clear information about the charge just money taken

As with all of the other reviews - GROSS OVERCHARGING due to a “Service Fees” element. DO NOT USE this company which dresses up its booking process to look as though you are booking direct with the hotel. Only when you get the confirmation email do you see the enormous uplift and that you have not booked direct with the hotel.

Absolutely immoral! Booked a Holiday Inn, the website looks similar. Only when payment had been confirmed did I realise I'd been charged an extra 60% in 'fees' on the booking.
I called the American call centre (but London number) who confirmed unable to obtain a refund if I cancelled the room. If the fees were displayed they definitely weren't obvious. Do not use!!!

PAS PÅ ! hvis man ikke er vågen hvilker jeg ikke var så pålægger de et gebyr der er næsten dobbelt op på hotelprisen. Siden er lavet så man tror at man er inde på hotellets hjemmeside.
Hotelværelset kostede ca 900 kr for en nat men de har trukket 1700 kr fra min konto !!

Une réservation pour un hôtel sur facturé à coup de taxes de plus de 40€ sans que l on ne le sache. Ils facturent après validation par carte bleue. Impossible de se faire rembourser…😡😡😡

The company pretends to be a hotel (Pinnacle Bangkok (in my case)) and offers cheap room rates. When you make a reservation, you only see the cheap price offered. After you have made the reservation, you receive an email with a 60% higher price than the website offered you and this amount has been charged to your credit card. The website is a scam, I reported the scam to the credit card company and I am also reporting it to the EU consumer protection.

J’ai réservé hier sur internet par all accor une chambre avec petit déjeuné pour 2 personnes, au mercure de valence. C'était une promo à 145 €. J’enregistre ma carte bancaire et je valide. Surprise : le montant payé est de 196 € , j’étais sidérée, les frais de gestion était de 42, 37 €. J’etais à 30 km de l’hotel. J’ai voulu annuler, l’annulation était au nom de all accor et je ne pouvais pas être remboursée ! Par contre la facture était de travel guest réservation
