A fabulous Company to book with
This was the first time we have used Travel by Hannah, after a holiday that we saw on social media caught our eye. The said holiday had been fully booked, but Hannah couldn’t have been more helpful and found us another lovely hotel there and then. We can’t wait for our trip in September!
We also enquired at the same time about a trip we’d like to take in 2026 and after leaving the information with Hannah, within a couple of hours we’d had an email with lots of information and companies to look at to help us make our decision. We can’t fault the customer service we received and will definitely be booking through them again.

Thank you so much for your lovely review.
We’re really pleased to hear your first experience with Travel by Hannah was such a positive one, even when your original holiday was already fully booked. It’s great that Hannah was able to quickly find you another option you were happy with, and that your September trip is all set.
It’s also nice to hear the follow-up for your 2026 plans was helpful and gave you plenty to think about. We really appreciate your kind words about the service and look forward to helping you again for many trips to come.

If you would like to email us directly or add anything to our knowledge what could've made this review a 5 star instead of a 4 alongside your positive words it would be very helpful for business and we welcome all feedback. INFO@TRAVELBYHANNAH.CO.UK
Egypt …
Just back from another holiday organised by Travel by Hannah and the service from start to finish was once again excellent. This time was Egypt and they fulfilled my Husband’s dream of seeing the Pyramids with a brilliant guided day out that also included the Egyptian museum. I trust this travel agent implicitly.

Fab service from Hannah and team
Hannah and her team are friendly professional and knowledgeable. They have personally visited many of the countries we were interested in and this helped us enormously in making informed choices. The service you receive from Hannah and her team means you are made to feel a valued customer as well as being kept in the loop at each stage of your holiday planning; so rare in today’s marketplace. If you’re thinking of planning a trip and want expert, honest help with it I would absolutely urge you to contact Hannah and her team.
