ID lists need updating for paperwork in the store
Process was easy online and processed within recommended time . But when I went in to collect money today at the Masterton Store. Going by the confirmation email I had used my Drivers Licence online and list in confirmation email stated extra ID required , so presented Gold Card as showing as one of the options on online confirmation email . But was also asked for additional ID -ie Passport or Bank statement or Birth / Marriage certificate to check off on their checklist in store . Either online details need to be updated or made clearer for the paper documentation in the Paper plus stores to say exactly the same . Revisiting store tomorrow now to take extra ID that they are happy with.

Not impressed at all with my recent…
Not impressed at all with my recent Travelex experience. I ordered US cash online for collection at Waikanae and emailed beforehand asking for small denominations for tips and small purchases. I was told the cash arrived pre-packed and they couldn't do it but suggested that I can change it at the branch.
When I collected it, most of the bundle was in $100 notes and the branch said they couldn’t change it. Staff were extremely unhelpful despite me explaining why I needed smaller bills. A frustrating and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t bother ordering cash this way again. So save your money!

The whole experience was easy to understand and being elderly I was able to understand the instructions… Really impressed I did not have to travel too far to pick up my money. Paper Plus in Kerikeri were very professional. I would definitely use Travelex again.

We wanted some cash to take to Europe…
We wanted some cash to take to Europe to suppliment our Wise travel card and went to Travelex Orewa for our needs.
I have three complaints. One their exchange rates were extortionate.They tried to off load 50 Euro notes. Really how are you meant to pay for a coffee with equivalent $NZ100 note ?. Finally it took six days to get our cash (Euros and Pounds). I will never use them again

Excellent t customer service.
The customer service I received from the Botany Town Centre Travelex store was outstanding. Minza’s knowledge and guidance about currency exchange was excellent. He provided more than I expected and was delivered with enthusiasm and a smile. I highly recommend Minza to you.

Helpful and friendly
I selected the wrong date for my pickup by a week, a silly mistake that made me panic as it was 4 days before traveling. I found the head office phone line easy to reach and the staff very friendly and helpful towards all my questions. The staff at my local franchise in Albany mall were also responsive and friendly, with one who was going to ring me as soon as my order was ready for collection.

I rang Travelex in Tauranga to find out about getting USD. I was impressed with the friendly help and assistance. I ordered online and went over to pick up a week later. Again the service was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. 10/10 I reckon!
