My card was hacked after 3 weeks of…
My card was hacked after 3 weeks of travel .
I was unable to get a replacement due to the fact that I was not long enough in one city.
I would advise people to be careful when loading your money on one card.

We can understand the impact this would have had on your trip, it's not an ideal situation! It's always a good idea to chat to our team as they can assess your eligibility for accessing emergency funds while overseas. We don't advise customers to place all of their funds on the card before going overseas, rather topping up as necessary is the best way to go.

Hey Josiele,
That's correct, you must select 'credit' when making purchases. Unlike a credit card however you can only spend the amount loaded on the card which makes it a debit card :)

Went to the Shirley branch on Sunday
Went to the Shirley branch on Sunday, I asked the attendant to beat the price for USD that ASB bank was paying (operating in that moment opposite to Travel Money Shop), he tells me that he can't beat it as is Sunday and the banks don't trade currency on Sundays.
Went to the bank, they certainly operate with currencies on Sunday.
Come back to the shop, the guy makes a not too convincing "call to the manager" (on Sunday), and "the manager" approves the sale...
basically, you guys are lying to the clients or misinforming at least.

friendly and efficient service
The attendant was very helpful as I was confuse about how much of each currency I should take or if I should take a card instead.
