Valerie Burton was incredibly helpful throughout my booking experience. She guided me through all the available options and used her personal experience of visiting Rome to recommend the best hotel and location. She also managed to secure a discount using the holiday code, which was very helpful. I am really glad I called—her personalised advice made all the difference. Thank you!

Thank u ruby who i spoke to and helped book us a Montenegro. Patient and very friendly service

Valerie Burton assisted me greatly in booking my package holiday. I had run into some difficulties when using the site over multiple days, but Valerie helped me book the same package with no issues, in a calm & confident manner. She even stayed on the line so I could complete my independent seat selection in case I ran into any trouble.
Highly recommended!

Valerie was really helpful when booking my holiday. She was patient during the booking, knowledgable and friendly. Everything was explained well and completed really quickly. Thank you Valerie!

Vickie was excellent and helped me with her politeness and her professionalism in smoothly rearranging our original holiday - (which was due to be cancelled as a result of an unforeseen problem) - into a holiday package for our family to enjoy together in 2027.
Thank you Vickie!

Valerie made the booking experience over the phone very easy and was very helpful.

We booked our holiday to Venice with Adam Hallsworth from the travel solutions team, he was absolutely superb, nothing to much trouble. He went out of his way to find out extra information and his communication was spot on. Great help and a friendly guy.

Really struggling to get hold of this company to talk aboit my holiday. The staff are very friendly but once you are able to get hold of them. I just get some music then an automatic response saying sorry that everyone is busy and to call back later. Taken me 2 days of this now.

We tried to book on line without success. I rang and spoke to Daniel who was very friendly and professional. He sorted everything out for me and i am very grateful.

Valerie was the most helpful agent I have ever had the pleasure of booking and working with! Valerie was so great at getting us the best deal, and adding on an extra passenger last min and getting us an even better deal than before! I will be booking with her for my next holiday. Best customer service I’ve seen in the longest time! She is a credit to her team.

After several
Attempts at booking with a reputable travel company online , Valerie came to our rescue . Being pretty savi ourselves online for whatever reason , we just couldn’t process our booking . Valerie walked us through the process and after a few glitches ‘ bingo ‘ we were booked … she was very professional, concise and helpful.. thanks Valerie ..

Valerie was very professional and polite on the phone.
She found out extra information about hotel we planned to stay in. Booking flights & hotel with EasyJet holidays was done efficiently and in short time. Very pleased with outcome.

Great help from Valerie Burton. Will be using again because of Valerie’s friendly customer service😄

First time I had used TSN as Easy Jet website was next to useless getting particular flights we wanted for the hotel required. Valerie Burton could not have been more helpful. Very impressed.

We contacted Valerie Burton while struggling to find a last-minute holiday, as the website was showing limited availability. She took over and within minutes managed to secure exactly the holiday we wanted. Valerie was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience stress-free. What a lovely experience — excellent customer service from start to finish!

A fantastic experience with Michelle who answered quickly and asked questions to assist. We had tried to book online but the system was not letting us as it was telling us that the accommodation was fully booked.
Michelle confirmed all of the details and asked to call back within 10 minutes.
5 minutes later she was back on the phone telling us that she had put exactly the same package together and found us the accommodation we wanted for the original price.
Couldn’t fault it, polite, friendly and most of all helpful. Thank you so much.

I had a really specific set of questions before I finally decided to book. I thought it would take ages but Valerie Burton the agent I spoke to was quick and very efficient thus making the whole booking experience very good. all information was given in a very good clear way and Valerie constantly reassured me so all felt right - will book again

This was my 1st time using travel solutions. I was really impressed with Valerie Burton so friendly but very efficient. It was a painless experience as Valerie took all the stress out of it.
Would highly recommend it.
