Lots of fun activities especially climbing Sigirya rock, surfing and snorkelling on Pigeon Island. Ben, Klaudia and Monique were all very kind organised with no problems at all

I absolutely would experience this again, the amount of travelling you do is amazing, mixed with time to relax. My favourite volunteering will have to be anything to do with turtles. Staff are always supportive, light hearted, and fun.

Went to srilanka with travelteer and had the best time ever I loved the kayaking clean up and the turtle sanctuary. Klaudia, Ben and Monique were amazing so good !!

The trip to Sri Lanka was extremely fun and incredible in many aspects. The experience of a new culture and it's history led to more understanding and connections not made at home. The mental health placement was a great opportunity for discovering local practices and more general wider application of psychology/psychiatry. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful and engaging with other members.

I honestly loved the general vibe of the whole trip, no matter the activities. The instructors we had always ensured we had a good time and were really nice to talk to. This experienced really helped me be more comfortable talking to others and just being able to be myself within social environments. I especially loved surfing which I was initially terrified of but ended up being decently good at the end. The locals in Sri Lanka were also amazing and so kind even with our language barrier. Thank you Travelteer!!!

I had the most amazing trip to Sri Lanka organised by travelteer! Our leaders Zoe and Oscar were fantastic and made the trip so memorable. The leaders were always friendly, helpful and made everyday super enjoyable 😊

I went on a Travelteer trip to Sri Lanka and it was very well organised so I was able to enjoy it with no worries. We were given the opportunity to teach children in schools and help nurse injured turtles back to health to then be released into the wild. The leaders Zoe, Charlie and Oscar were so trustworthy and became friends with the group which made the trip more enjoyable. I especially enjoyed Zoe giving us big sister advice and Oscars millennial humour. I would recommend taking a part in this once in a lifetime opportunity and I will cherish these memories for life.

Our group leaders Oscar and Zoe were so supportive and helpful throughout our trip. I really enjoyed getting to experience the different culture and lifestyle of Sri Lanka. Travelling around the country was such a fun journey and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Their infectious enthusiasm, profound knowledge of the country, and genuine care for every participant transformed a great trip into an extraordinary one. They didn't just lead; they inspired, educated, and created an incredibly supportive and fun atmosphere, making every day a highlight and truly solidifying them as the best part of this incredible adventure.

My travelteer experience to Sri Lanka was amazing!!
All the staff on the trip were so accommodating and made the trip feel really special. The way they planned everything out was perfect and they made me feel really welcome when I joined the group and didn’t know anyone. If you ever get the chance to go on a travelteer trip I would definitely take it. After going on previous trips with other companies it’s made me realise how much more enjoyable a trip is when the staff are friendly!!
Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and I will definitely be returning. The turtle sanctuary that was funded my travelteer was also amazing. It is very rewarding when you know a small donation goes that far.
