package arrived damaged, as i didnt spot leaking wax in the first 48 hours, tough luck on me

I don't know what to write, but reviews are very important these days. It was just an ordinary order on the internet. I selected the goods, put them in my shopping basket, paid for them and a few days later the parcel arrived. You know how it is.

I would have liked to have a tracking number for my parcel. That's all I have to report negatively.

£80 out of pocket!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had - there are 2 different pages for their returns policy on their website. One says 30 days, the other says 28 (but the item has to be returned within 14 days?!). I emailed a person called Kimberley about this back and forth who was blunt and unhelpful - I asked as the policy was misleading and it was still within the 30 days could I return my item. She repeatedly sent the same ‘policy link’ to me saying here are the actual terms so the answer was no. So rude and doesn’t show customer value at all - avoid! Now stuck with an item that doesn’t fit my dog and can’t get a refund - I even said I’d accept and exchange, but it was like talking to a brick wall.

Very satisfied with my item, quick delivered and well packed. I can only recomend this company, 5 out of five.

Adquirimos el producto el 25 de dic y marcamos por error una forma de entrega de 2-5 semanas, en lugar de las 2-5 días que necesitábamos para hacer un reglao el 6 de enero. Al darnos cuenta del error, contactamos con Travfurler para modificar la entrega para asegurar que recibiríamos el producto a tiempo. El caso es que no conseguimos respuesta de Travfurler hasta el 29 de diciembre, indicándonos por un lado, que habíam estado de descanso entre el 22 y el 28 de diciembre y , por el otro, que no podían cambiar ya el tipo de entrega porque el producto había sido enviado la mañana del 29 de diciembre. Podemos entender que haya personas que tomen vacaciones en Navidad, pero no comprendemos que todo el equipo de una empresa de ecommerce , deje de responder correos durante 7 días en medio de la campaña de Navidad. Como resultado de todo esto, recibimos el producto el 27 de enero. Llegó en perfecto estado y el producto está bien.

I’ve been trying to exchange the K9 sport Sack Trainer from a small to a medium size as the small is too snug, I’ve emailed 3 times and phoned 3 times leaving messages as no one ever answers the phone, it goes to message service!!! It’s a really bad service, actually no service at all.

BE CAREFUL. The dog coat was too small, despite checking all measurements before purchasing, so I returned the item within 10 working days in perfect condition. There was no Returns information provided with the order and so I simply returned it with the packaging, well within the 28 days returns period required.
The company has refused to refund my purchase because evidently (although no information is provided when you receive your order) you have to go to their website first and request a Return, otherwise that's it, forget it.
There is no room for customer care, they will not call you to discuss as requested and there is no one to escalate the issue to. What must amount to little more than £10 profit is more important to them than customer care and retention.
Not recommended at all. I will never shop with them again, it was absolutely one of the worse customer experiences I have ever had.

Entreprise à éviter au maximum. Service client qui se cache derrière un numéro d'appartement manquant (et qui n'est indiqué nulle part dans l'immeuble) pour éviter de rembourser un colis qui n'est pas arrivé au bout de 10 mois. Malgré de nombreuses relances, ils étaient incapables de me donner des infos fiables concernant le colis dont j'ai payé les frais de douane et la livraison.

I haven’t got the purchase. It’s ridiculous to pay custom duties within the Europe. Yes you British are Europeans.
