Great dog coat.
We received the coat for our dog Buddy today, it fits perfectly and we are very happy with it. It is made well and the colour choices are good. Communication was good from Travfurler and we will be buying from them again.

Fleeces that are so versatile and great in cold or wet weather
This is our second fleece for our dog, last time was black and this time grape.
My dog loves it. Great in the cold weather and a life saver for me during the rainy muddy days.
Highly recommend.

Shipping takes too much time
Shipping takes too much time. I will have to return the item when it finally appears. Considering there are mail strikes in England clients willing to pay more should have a Fedex or DHL option

The WORST customer service.
This is my second review of this awful nickel and dime outfit. They were late in shipping a product to me. I paid extra for 1-2 days shipping but it took a week. I then notified them that I was returning the product and asked that because of THEIR delay I was now shipping the product back from Poland and that it might take a few extra days! Well, it took 2 yes 2 extra business days above their 14 day allowance.Guess what they refuse to issue a cash refund! Oh yes, I should add that their questionable business practices never allowed for them to reimburse me for the express shipping that I paid for and never received. I think there may be two maybe three “employees” total yet my contact will say things like “ inform the the team”. Just awful. I recommend you avoid this awful company. It’s also my experience that they are often having “planned closures”. I would rather lose the £58.00 that they owe me than accept a “gift-card”, ( I would rather do business with a scorpion )and warn as many people as possible before they fall in to the same trap. Be aware!!!!

A great coat
A great coat. Fits perfectly and certainly keeps my boy dry. It’s smart and has good reflective strips. It was worth waiting for it to be back in stock.

Great product at a great price
Great product at a great price. Fast delivery, will trial for a while then be getting some for Xmas gifts for our doggie owning friends. Strong zip. I love the idea of the air freshener in the bottom.

Produit à peu prés conforme au descriptif, cependant ATTENTION, j'ai dû payer 27€ de frais de douane
Cela n'était écrit nul part sur leur site
Donc en plus des 15€ de frais d'expédition, j'ai dû ajouter 27€
J'ai fait par de mon mécontentement, mais cela n'a eu aucun effet. Ils m'ont indiqué que les frais de douane n'étaient pas de leur faute. Donc effectivement, ce n'est pas de leur fait mais prévenir l'acheteur serait le minimum

Love this harness for my cat
Wow! Absolutely love this harness for my cat. It has a really good fit - seems to be better shape for cats than other harnesses I have tried. It is pliable and soft, and I am pleased with the colour I chose. Delivery was very fast as well!

Great collar especially for my Labrador…
Great collar especially for my Labrador who loves water .We bought this because his regular collars are fabric and remain wet which we think may have contributed to a hot spot on his neck.
The width at 16mm is a bit narrow for my liking as I think that 25mm would be more in keeping with a large collar; having said that it does state that is 16mm wide but it was a bit of a surprise - I'll get used to it!
