The package came quite quickly and had a personal note on the receipt which was a nice touch! The backpack and the bathrobe seem fine but we haven't tried them yet. (the lickimat is not completely even and it seems the food comes out very slowly so I'm not sure how I like it).

Unfortunately we didn't know that we'd have to pay tax for parcels over €150 worth since brexit.... So we ended up paying about €75 in duty for the import. That hurt a lot. I wish the store would've had a note somewhere with that amount of money that's free with shipping overseas because I mainly ordered the backback because it got recommended to me. The other things were just so I didn't order from multiple stores lots of packages.

Very impressed, the first coat arrived and what wonderful quality, unfortunately we measured it wrongly and it was too big.

However, on speaking to them we were able to return it and exchange for another one with new measurements.

The sales team are wonderful, answer any e mails promptly and always pleasant.

Ordered 4 fleeces for my dogs last Tuesday. On the shipping it says 2-3 days. Royal Mail have still not received these items from Travfurler. I have received 2 emails saying they are dispatched when they are not. No idea when I will get the items and can’t speak to anyone. Will use Amazon in the future, it is so much easier!

It's a very nice material, my frenchie fits it well, she likes it.
The shipping cost to other European countries are little expensive.

The order I placed on fhe 27th September didn't arrive until 3rd October despite being tracked 48 hour delivery.

Excellent customer service! I measured my dog wrongly and ordered the wrong size. However the return process was very easy and I have been contacted quickly regarding an alternative colour/size. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Great service and a fab product - I have an elderly Westie that loves to be with us but can no longer walk long distances. The ruck sac has been a god send. He is really comfortable and gets lots of attention when he is on my back… even better he is with us on all our journeys!! ❤️🐾

Great service, quick delivery and the K9 Sport Sack works a treat, Alfie was reluctant to get into it at first but settled down after a while!
