Fabulous! The first sack was too small, they were really helpful and exchanged for a larger size. Good quality product.
We have been looking for a while for something to take our pup out with us when we cycle. We have yet to go out with it, still getting our cockapoo used to it!
The large is a good size for her, she weighs 10kg

I ordered the K9 Sport Sac Air 2. It arrived very quickly and is a great product. Loved the little personal note on our paperwork. We practiced with our dog at home in the Sport sac before we took it on holiday using lots of treats. Was very useful on a 12km walk as our ageing terrier can manage about 3km before getting tired.

I ordered a K9 Air Sac 2 at 9.16am on their order before 12 for same day despatch. It didn’t go the same day. I messaged them the following day to find out the problem and they said I should have contacted them for the same day despatch but they said it had been sent that day. But it hadn’t. It was not sent for a further 3 days.

Thanks so much for your great service with our recent purchase. Our dog Gracie loves the bag, almost as much as me! Hopefully many fun adventures to come.

I bought the K9 sport sack. The item arrived on time and in good condition! I appreciate the fact that they took the time to write a handwritten note wishing me a good time with my fury friend! The k9 has been a life saver in Amsterdam, my dog is not used to travel by bike but he has fun riding in the bag

Paid for next day. Never happened. Sent out wrong lenses and new lenses got posted to wring address. Items when eventually arrived are good. Just disappointed that paying for next day and not delivering. Should have offered a refund or a discount......

Paar weken geleden heb ik een bril voor mijn hond van Travfurler gekocht en ik had extra betaald om mijn zending zo snel mogelijk te ontvangen, maar helaas ik heb de bril nog steeds niet ontvangen en ik heb een brief van de Belgische post ontvangen dat ik 41 Euro en 8 cent invoerrechten moest betalen om mijn zending uit Engeland te ontvangen. Ik had het nooit geweten dat ik zoveel geld voor een hondenbril die mij bijna 100 Euro heeft gekost te betalen. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld van dit bedrijf en ik zal nooit bij dit bedrijf iets ga kopen.

I was on the hunt for a good quality hiking / cycling pet travel backpack in Europe, and could only find one in the uk at Travfurler. I ordered one knowing I had left it a bit late for our upcoming adventure to Norway so I reached out to Travfurler to see if they could prioritise the order. Within a few hours I had an lovely email back and a confirmation that they had processed it and it was already on its way. That’s customer service! :-)

I ordered a K9 pop up kennel. Royal mail took a week to deliver this item so I contacted traveller and had a prompt, friendly and courteous email and they checked with Royal mail and it was delivered well packaged. The kennel is excellent, just right for our Bichon frise and lightweight for taking on holiday.

A painless process of ordering followed by anticipated delivery of an excellent item. Very smooth service.
