Bought a K9 trainer bag and arrived in just a few days. Then followed that up with a booster block for it, and again was with us in a few days! Great prices and service all round!

Super ervaring met het bestellen ! We hadden onze bestelling nodig voor we op vakantie vertrokken dus we wisten dat er een kans bestond dat we deze niet optijd gingen ontvangen. Bij onze bestelling hadden we de melding gegeven dat we ons artikel asap nodig hadden , en ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om het optijd bij ons te krijgen. Wat ook gelukt is , de lever termijn was 3 tot 12 en we vertrokken binnen de 10 werk dagen en het is nog 4 dagen vroeger aangekomen ! Top klantenservice !! ze hebben ook voor oplossingen gezocht voor moest onze bestelling toch niet optijd aankomen ! Kort om WAAUW wij hebben een super service gekregen van hun ! nogmaal een dikke dankjewel hiervoor ruby kan comfortabel mee opreis in haar rugzak! Dit zo elk bedrijf moeten doen met hun klanten . Het enige wat hun top service nog gemakkelijker zou maken is het verrekenen van de douane kosten opvoorhand .

Poor delivery. Advertised as 48hours but item not dispatched for delivery for over a week

Unfortunately my package has not arrived yet due to German postal service, so I can‘t review the product itself. But the shop itsef and the contact I had with Kimberley was great. Very nice.

just ordered a backpack from Travfurler for our old little Cavalier X so we can still take her for walks and it's great. Very sturdy and lots of straps to keep her upright. We're really pleased.
