OK so I'm here to eat some humble pie and apologise to Travfurler and Kimberly in particular!

I ordered a k9 sports sack which seemingly went AWOL in transit (if it arrives I'll send it back). Anyway, because I've never ordered from Travfurler before and I've never actually heard of them I wrongly assumed that maybe I'd been scammed (past online order "trauma" 🙄) - even though Kimberly was responsive to my emails I legitimately just acted like a dick and I'm pretty embarrassed about it honestly!

Fast forward a little bit and many unnecessary emails from me later, Kimberly did come through with the goods as she said she would and got a replacement sent to me via next day delivery and it arrived in less than 24hrs! It's perfect quality, completely legitimate and best of all, my pup loves it!

So I just wanted to say that if you do order from Travfurler and find yourself in a similar situation- don't be a dick about it like I was because they're actually really nice and helpful! I'll be recommending them to all my pet parent mates!

Kimberly I'm sorry for acting like a spoilt brat- thanks for not telling me to feck off! You're a better woman than I am 🤦‍♀️😂

Seems like a nice company but unfortunately has a poor returns policy. Wouldn't accept my item for exchange or credit note despite being unused and in original packaging. Seems short sighted as either of these options would have likely resulted in me spending more money with the company. But I would now recommend against using them.

As I was looking for a k9 sports sack knavigate rucksack that I could use for both my old male and female Tibetan terriers (male bigger than female) I queried the size required. According to the sizing chart the medium would be plenty big enough for my male who is 18 inches long and 23 girth but I was advised to go for the large. However as my female is the one in need of carrying most and she is only 16 inches long and 17 girth I thought the large would be far too big for her so opted for medium and purchased a booster pack too. This works fine for her but it is far too small for the male. However, as we have decided he is far too heavy to carry anyway, we have kept the medium. We have just used it for the first time in the lakes when she started limping. It enabled us to go for a decent walk without worrying she wouldn’t make it and she seemed content to be carried too! Travfurler were very helpful and assured me the size could be changed if not suitable

The bag is super comfortable, although we have a small dog, and our Eddie loved it! Being a curious dog, he can now watch the world go by over my shoulder, when he is tired

Although it took me a while to get my package this was the fault of the German postal system and not Travfurler, the team worked hard to get me my backpack which finally arrived in one piece. I love my K9 dog backpack purchased from Travfurler and I love their speedy and friendly customer service! Thank you all

The product was correctly described on the website and arrived promptly.

I bought a backpack to carry my little dog in. On just trying it on without my dog in it the sternum clip came off in my hand, I hadn't even tried got to fasten it. Took two days after three unanswered phone calls and a email for anyone to get back to me. On telling them of the fault, the woman on the line infers I was too fat and overstretched the sternum strap and should have ordered a bigger size. I'm not fat and the sternum strap would even have need tightening to fit. She asked for a photo which I sent. Received a email they have put it in the hands of the manufacturer. Still no offer of return labels and refund after 4 days. £79 for a faulty item and no customer service. So no would not recommend buying from Travfurler.

I just didn’t have in mind that I had to pay border taxes because I live in France.

Bought the pop up travel tent to use as a place for my dog to sleep whilst away. It is great. Really sturdy . Very impressed
