Love it! Purrfect for my dog and also possible to store some things in it. And, the personal message that came with the bag was really a plus!

I bought a dog back pack which I couldn't use. I assumed the return period was the standard 30 days. It's just 14 days. I had responses to my emails and was told that as it was after the 14 days return period I could only exchange or accept a credit note. Due to work pressures and an ill hubby I missed the second deadline to return the back pack and choose the exchange option. And that was that. Travfurler refused to budge. Very poor customer service indeed. They have some nice products and I was intending to exchange and buy some extra stuff, and perhaps recommend them to other dog-owning friends. Very short-sighted company with limited grasp of how their customers ought to be treated. Sending 'happy' postcards with each order is deemed enough. It isn't.

Really efficient company received our dogs thermal Coat 2 days after ordering. I should of followed the advice of ordering a bigger size but Kimberly was very helpful in changing the coat for next size up. Thanks

I was really impressed during my first shopping experience with Travfurler. Whilst they didn't have the colour of leash I'd wanted, they swiftly contacted me to offer other colours, then despatched my item quickly (arriving the next day), and included a hand written, personal, note in my package. Nice touch! Excellent customer service.

Great company to buy from , quick response and good product . Even a personal note which was a nice touch. I got the medium size for my miniature schnauzer but she may have sat in a better position if we had got the small . Even so she still seemed to like it , and it was easy to put her in .

We bought a lovely harness for our cat, that unfortunately we had to send back as it didn't fit. Hence the return we experienced a great customer service and also quick refund!
