Very good customer service

Solved my broken router/wifi problem quickly and without drama.

A genuine desire to help their customers get the best out of their products and services

Staff were polite and shipping was fast. The problem occurred when they shipped the item to me and listed it as a document. Well that wasn’t true and customs caught it. This made customs charge me $112.00 for a $25.00 micro SD card. I refused it and will just be out the money I paid for the SD card plus shipping.

Very happy with my transaction. No issues at all - item arrived safe and sound and in very quick timr.

Bought a router from them and couldn't get it to work being user error rather than the hardware. They had the router back and issued a full refund immediately upon receipt of return.
Sometimes things do happen beyond our control and they went out their way to rectify.

Bought a Nokia portable WiFi tower, but it really doesn’t work on 4G or 5G, so I may need to look at other alternatives. Very difficult to find the root cause.

No vat receipt for the expensive purchase

Product was exactly as stated. Even sent a compatible plug socket for the UK which was really appreciated. Quick delivery. No hassle.

Ordered a used router from Tribz. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and worked fine initially. However, after several months, issues arose, and support was unresponsive. While the price and fast shipping were positives, limited warranty and lack of tech support afterward were disappointing. Decent for short-term needs, but consider warranty limitations before purchasing.

Surprisingly these days these are a lovely genuine company that really does go that extra mile towards customer support.

wanted to upgrate our sim-based wifi router. Enormous thanks to Sam for his help, from advice getting the right product then going a country mile above and beyond in getting it set up. We will be straight back to Tribz next time we need any tech.

Fair prices for my products, quick delivery

Product was a bit rubbish, non UK item. App doesn't work very well.

Found the item to be cheapest on the internet but I'd never heard of this company. Gave it a go and my item got delivered. Bang on will use again. No issues at all.
