Amazing fast delivery great product superb

I'd not heard of Tribz before, so was a little hesitant placing an order. I however need not have worried - great value, quick dispatch & very responsive (Kavi). The router labelled as 'Pristine' looked good as new. I also emailed a query regarding configuration of my router (Nokia Fastmile) & received a prompt & detailed reply (Sam). I highly recommend people to use this excellent new company.

I purchased a pre owned 5G Modem to use with my network.
It arrived on time but the surprise was that when I installed it it was late in the day around 6pm. I called the support number and someone answered and helped me set it up which did not take to long and this was after hours. The next day I had isues with my own network not the supplied 5G modem and when I called Sam still tried to help me even though it had nothing to do with Tribz. All I can say is that I would strongly recommend Tribz for any item if you have after sales service like I have experienced thanks again Sam for all the great help and I now have great speed and my network is fine with your help.

Bought a used 5g modem from this company, but made an error when placing the orde in that I used a previous address as the delivery address as had forgotten to alter in Google pay. Emailed the company at 2200 at night as soon as I realised my error, got a reply immediately stating that it would be looked into on the morning. Error corrected and modem delivered the next day. I had to do a factory reset as would not accept the password on the label on the modem but once done everything up and running perfectly.

Unfortunately, the router now reboots every 30 minutes or so. Will be contacting TRIBZ in the morning to seek a resolution and will update review later.

Bought a 'used' Nokia 5G Modem from Tribz but it came in perfect condition as if it was new. Worked out of the box and cost much less than a new one. Had to contact them for a bit of after sales support and they sorted out my issue right away and were very patient with me.
Would definitely use them again.

I was looking for an unlocked gateway and found tribz browsing for reliable products. I’ve never heard of this company before, so I contacted them by email, then gave them a call to make sure it was a genuine company. Not only they are genuine, but they exceeded all my expectations! I bought the Nokia Fastmiles 5g, it arrives the next day in perfect condition. Customer service is just brilliant, Sam has been incredibly helpful all the way, amazing service at all levels.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Highly recommend this product (Nokia fastmile 5g router) and also this company as I had never heard of them so was alittle nervous about using them. Router came super quick, I needed some help to get set up and Sam was very patient as I am not very techy minded, so thank you Sam and tribz team keep up the great work guys forever in your debt, no more sluggish internet

I bought Nokia Fastmile 3.0 5G Router from Sam and it is amazing.

Before buying it I tested ZYXEL and HUAWEI 5G routers in my flat. They produced 170Mbps Download speed but it was fluctuating. I returned them both as my iPhone 13 produced more than 300Mbps.

I followed Sam’s advice and believing in NOKIA Brand and I was right.
This morning I set it up and got 478 Mbps download speed.

Very happy with my purchase thanks to Sam and Nokia!

The good thing about buying from tribz not from others is that you get the router with latest firmware installed. FYI it is not possible to upgrade it online yourself.

Superb customer service from a team that know their products and for whom customer satisfaction seems to be paramount. This is the level of service you dream of. Can't recommend them enough.
