I didn't know that a signature was required at delivery which lead to me getting the product a day later than expected. I feel this should be an option

The ordering process was super simple, my freeze Dryer arrived 2 days early, Just ran my first batch and it was Great! So happy!

Machine setup was not bad. I was a little disappointed with the packaging. The box was pretty damaged, but fortunately, the machine was fine. There were no foam protecting the machine inside the carton. Also, clear hose for the drain was not included like in the video.

I ordered the unit prior to tariffs coming in, and got it delivered a few weeks afterwards. TrimLeaf was very helpful in making things work. The unit is now here, I just have to get it onto the table. Soon...

Good price with a discount on extra items. Took much longer to receive than I had thought. Looking forward to trying it out.

I purchased my first harvest right freeze dryer in February. Loved the end result of the freeze dried food, I ordered my 2nd. One in March. It’s amazing how everything turns out in the freeze dryers. A great way to save on freezer space

Amazing customer service, Albert did a great job answering every question I had about delivery and payment. I'm usually stressed when getting a big delivery, but not with trimleaf.

I have not been able to get the freeze dryer to work. I cannot get it registered online because it would not accept a Canadian credit card. I tried 3 different ones. Extremely disappointed.

If anyone is looking to buy accessories for there Harvest Right Machine go to Trim Leaf and if you don’t have the upgrade buy it so worth it especially the candy settings Awesome,I am obsessed with the new candy mode 😎
