Follow up from start to delivery from Albert & the trimleaf team was great. Freeze dryer and accessories arrived this afternoon, everything was packaged very well. Delivery company contacted this morning to confirm delivery, arrived in a timely manner with a very professional delivery driver. No issues or concerns very seamless delivery. Can't wait to start using for food preservation and maybe some freeze dried candy for fun.

Everything is great and works great however I only had to open the oil filter stuff today to filter my oil and the plastic is chipped all up that's the only issue ive ran into, Albert's great customer service

Actually had an issue with the build quality of an item. Item was not fitting together properly.Contacted the maker of the item. And was underwhelmed by the lack of care & service.
