Tripbookfly Opiniões

So I will say that the process with working with Trip Book Fly was just that. A PROCESS. However, I worked with Ben and he made that process a little more simple. I will say, though… The process was a little confusing as the pricing listed on their website was not the pricing I ended up getting. The pricing I found ended up being a promotional price that ended, and I ended up actually paying double. But it worked out better because I could pick my seats and didn’t have to pay extra for a carry-on and a checked bag. My flight was booked a little bit last minute, and Ben made sure to give me all the information that I needed to make quick decisions about changing my flight. And when I couldn’t get the flight that I wanted, he gave me other options. He definitely worked with me through the entirety of the process to keep me calm, because I was definitely panicking that I wasn’t gonna get these flights. I was definitely skeptical, but overall, I am happy with my experience in the end and I would book with them again.

Thank you Mike for helping me out with the booking.

I had an excellent experience booking my flight with the help of Scott Phillips from TripBookFly. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Scott ensured I received my ticket and confirmation promptly, and his follow-up was much appreciated. I’m grateful for his assistance and highly recommend asking for Scott if you’re booking through TripBookFly. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him again for future travel plans. Thank you, Scott!

I enjoyed booking my flight with this company! Kate was so friendly she answered all my questions with patience and clarity. She was so humble…highly recommend u ask for Kate when booking your flight

Luis is great to work with! I would not recommend buying online since the price is usually different than what they end up getting you. But Luis was very helpful in adding and updating my reservation and was kind when I made a mistake.

Kate was very courteous and knowledgeable about my reservation and type of flights I wanted to book. She was very thorough with all information that was given and quick with response.

Scott gave me wonderful Customer Service. He was very patient and honest. His excellent service and great follow-up is the reason I even book the flight!!!

I'm traveling with my family of 6, so this is a large group. These are domestic flights, so I can't speak to the international travel experience with this organization. What I can say is that Scott was indeed extremely helpful and understood my desire to preference cost effectiveness for my family. He was attentive, and followed-up with my request. He worked diligently to ensure that I was informed every step of the way. My travel is in a few weeks, so I'll report back, but after verifying my tickets with the airline, I feel confident that everything is in order. I will for sure be utilizing this company again the later part of this year for additional travel reservations,
