Love tripper. Gets me to NYC And back home to Maryland, with wifi. Very grateful.

Tripper makes you feel like you are valued from the very start, even while waiting on line. Being greeted kindly, and with a smile, upon arrival starts the process in the right way. Moving the line to the other side of the street where there was some shade might not seem like much, but that speaks volumes to me. Passenger comfort is important.
The drivers are cordial and professional,
and helpful with comfort on board and with luggage going to and from. The prices are very favorable and customer service was responsive and respectful when I had one booking issue. This is a company that cares about its clients, and I intend to continue to be a loyal one.

Good service - would like a few more time options

No wifi and I needed to be able to work from bus.

Always on time, one of the fastest routes from DMV-area to NY. Clean bus. Great drivers. A little bit on the pricier end... but I'll take it if it means a faster commute to the Big Apple!

I find that lately the quality has gone down. The Wi-Fi does not really work and the bus is not as clean. Also, the air conditioner is either freezing or it's hot in the bus.

you always say that the bus will arrive at a certain time and it literally NEVER arrives at that time. The trip can be long, don't try and say it's going to be under 4 hours because that really messes up planning for so many people who take the bus

The buses were nice and drivers polite. We will definitely book with them again to NYC.

It was my first Tripper bus trip, although I had recommended it to my husband and father previously and they both loved it. I'm glad that I double checked the pick-up address on the website since it was no longer in front of the Bethesda movie theater. The wifi worked very well and the bus was on time for both pick-up and arrival in NY. I was very happy that the person collecting our tickets was very firm in explaining the boarding process so that everyone stayed in line!! After living abroad for the past 18 years you really appreciate a queue! The bus was comfortable, I would say a mid-comfort ride -- not luxurious, but not like a public bus. The drop off location is great in NYC. On the trip back I was able to take the earlier bus at the last minute. There was space on the bus, so it was not a big deal for the company and they let me change my departure. I will absolutely take this bus again. It is so affordable and so safe and convenient. I highly recommend it!!

Nonstop trip equals 2 stops,one to pick up a new driver,another unexplained 20 minute stop.

Convenient pick-up locations - great customer service and clean buses. I particularly like the quietness of the ride - passengers are asked to refrain/keep their cell phone conversations low and to a minimum.

Great services at great prices thank you. I travel maybe twice or event once a month to spend time with my grandkids and my girls . They trip prices are well good and when you buy 6vtrips you get one free I really enjoy them ride. Thank you tripper.

Tripperbus is much more convenient if you're being picked up OUTSIDE of DC, either Arlington or Bethesda. I've found them to be much more buttoned up and courteous than other bus services. They're typically on time, not as crowded, slightly cheaper and the complimentary bottle of water upon arrival is a very nice touch.

It's always been easy to get the bus from Bethesda. and the guy who organizes the line is great. But the bus stop in NYC is harder to identify, the organizer is less likely to be wearing Tripper identification, and less likely to make sure that the line gets on the bus in order.

wifi is usually good. At times it has been spotty.

Overall I would recommend Tripper.

Bus from NYC to Bethesda, Saturday afternoon, smells like a dirty toilet.
Worst bus trip I have ever had.

My 16 year old daughter just travelled from NYC to Arlington on TripperBus. They had contracted out and there was a different name (Gunther?) on the side of the bus. The bus stops in Bethesda, and another employee unloaded bags. Nobody checked to make sure the Arlington bags got put back on (driver never left his seat) and she arrived in Arlington with no luggage.
Driver (Nate) was COMPLETELY unapologetic and unhelpful. Not his fault. My problem. He was not going to call tripper bus to find the luggage - that was my responsibility. His job was just to drive the bus. I continued to insist that it was his job to deliver my daughter and her luggage. He did not like that - and started cursing at me. He eventually called the guy who unloaded in Bethesda and they found her bag on the street. Again, my job to drive to retrieve it. I went to take down his license plate number so I could complain to tripper bus. He got on the bus to drive away, but had not given me the address to go to for the bag. I yelled into the bus for the address and he refused to answer. I stood IN FRONT OF THE BUS so he could not leave, just asking for the address. He refused to give it. I showed him I was calling 911 on my phone. It was not until he knew the police were coming that he gave me the address. Then I moved and he left before the cops came.

He was rude even before that. According to my daughter, he told everyone on the bus that he might need to stop for a bathroom break because he had a lot to drink, but nobody else was to get up or get off the bus to use the bathroom - only him.

When I got my bag later that day, even the Tripper Bus employee there (Magik?) volunteered he would "vouch for me" that the driver was talking very rudely.

Not enough for the money spent. No music, TV but no showing or movie was given to entertain customers, no water, no nothing! And on top of that the bus had bad tire, the tire came off the rim while driving on the highway on our to Maryland. God saved us that day when the driver decided to get a bathroom break and on his way he observed the tire and brought it to our attention. Everyone was in dismay at what could have taken place, A HUGE ACCIDENT resulting badly for everyone. We waited for an hour and some minutes for the other bus to come for us and reached in Maryland 2 hours later than the time we were supposed to reach for. Therefore, that bus or buses are not checked thoroughly or serviced. This is unacceptable risking the safety of people's lives like this. That was my first time travelling with tripper and I spent $54 us return on that trip. At least I think passengers should have had a discount that day of the 17th of June 10:10am to 2pm. That was poor service and I will never travel or advise anyone that I know to travel with tripper bus.

I am a very frequent tripper bus costumer (I go from DC to NY almost weekly using Tripper). In my two last trips (on two different buses), the bus driver called for an emergency stop because the vehicle was not working properly (in the last trip the stop caused a 1:30 hour delay). I am very disappointed...
