100% recommend this company
100% recommend this company. A bit weary at first but checked reviews and took a gamble. Purchased a 60” panoramic electric fire and I’m so happy with it! Looks realistic and is top quality. Speedy delivery once in stock. Communication via email/text only is a bit strange and took a while to reply but overall, I’m very happy.

Trust is hugely important when buying online and that`s what other reviewers will see, most will see past the odd bad review from difficult customers and focus on the likes of this! We do offer phone support but text/email is much quicker and simpler so we generally opt for this - and as you were happy I guess it shows that even though this customer was weary, we ticked the boxes! My worst online buying experience ever
Beware this is not a normal company, if your product arrives ok and you are happy with it you might be ok, however if it arrives faulty or somethings not right you are in big trouble. If you do have an issue, you cannot phone them only send texts or emails. They don’t know what customer service means and will fob you off then totally ignore you, if you have paid with a credit card or PayPal you might get a refund by raising a claim, an absolute nightmare

I’m absolutely delighted with my fire. Slight delay on it arriving but so worth the wait. I love it. Anytime I was in contact I received updates immediately. Great company.

Led wall fire
The product came well packaged and was handled with care. The fire had 4 different flame 🔥 colours which are very nice . And side lights which is very nice too.the design is curved . Very happy customer well worth the money.
