I would not recommend True Grounding
I would not recommend True Grounding. I purchased a grounding mat and the plug was not compatible with US outlets. I requested either an exchange ( for a US compatible plug) or a refund. They kept insisting the plug should fit but it did not. I finally just initiated the process for a refund. They denied it saying the product was used 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I couldn’t use it!!! I couldn’t plug it in!!!

Never buy from this company! My sunglasses were dumped in a very unsafe place. The package is missing, and contacting customer service has yielded no results.

I did end up receiving a full refund for my purchase. It wasn't a great experience, but I'm changing to three stars because they did follow up.
This company is not trustworthy. Don't waste your money. They did't send part of my order, and what they shipped was from China and not as advertised. I should have checked here first. So frustrating. I have requested a return and refund for the item that was not received. Will update once I know how that plays out.

Scratchy inferior product bad refund policy
The company has a 90 day guarantee but they expect you not to use the product during that time. The only way they refund you is if it is completely unused and in the package as it was delivered because they want to turn around and resell it to the next unlucky buyer. The sheets are very scratchy and so thin as well as not wide enough to secure on the bed in any way so they get bunched up. Extremely disappointed and not only do they not refund you as their dishonest 90 day guarantee claims, they make you pay for the shipping back. There is no paid return lable. Please do not purchase these inferior products because you will have limited recourse if you choose to return them. I wish I would have read all these similar reviews before purchasing. Buyer's beware!! Learn from the mistakes of others. It doesn't even deserve one star!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering the product. The product took over 3 weeks to arrive - statement on their website re shipping times is a lie. Packaging was damaged and contents were not as advertised - no UK plug, no manual/instructions and no free explanatory leaflet. I have asked for my money back under the UK Consumer Act but am being given the run around. Don't buy from these guys.

Fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. It says they are a company in Belgium and then it says their company is located in VA but the address is of a UPS store, which is it? I ordered a grounding sheet and didn’t receive it so I checked the email and tracked the item. Once I saw that it is coming from China I tried to cancel it. I had to contact my credit card company who is not disputing the charge. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! FRAUDULENT!!! If they ever provide a pre-paid return label like I requested and refund my money, I’ll amend my review. However I am not hopeful. Contacting the Better Business Bureau if I do not get satisfaction. Do yourself a favor, do not order from here.

Great shoes, even for feet that have problems
I bought a pair of the NuvoStep® | Padded Barefoot Shoes for women. Even though I have a small Morton's neuroma, a toe that was once broken, and high arches, these shoes are great and very comfortable. I wore them yesterday for a 3-mile city walk and had no problems. It was so nice walking barefoot, but not really barefoot, in them. I had no discomfort at all.
Another nice thing is that these shoes weren't in weird colors like so many of them are -- just a nice black pair of shoes.
The shoes are also vegan, which is another bonus.
Another bonus is the customer support. I wrote asking a question and right away, I got a courteous, helpful reply.

Defective shoe design, impossible customer service.
I ordered a pair of grounding shoes from TrueGrounding. While the shoes fit very well, they have 5 open holes in the soles where moisture seeps through the sole from the ground. I had wet and muddy feet from water coming up from the middle of the soles every time I went for a walk, even though the ground was only slightly damp from dew. The customer service experience was truly awful, with them refusing to acknowledge the issue or provide a solution even after 18 emails back and forth. Unbelievably, they told me the 5 open holes in the soles were by design. Save your sanity and do not purchase from this company.

90 Money Back Guarantee if unsatisfied. But when I tried to return the products they said it was unsellable and wouldn’t provide a refund. Then changed the wording on their website. Who resells a used product after 90days touch your body all night. Gross!!! These fraudsters should be banned from selling anything!! Call the FTC! Get them removed!!!!
