Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I purchased grounding shoes. Ships from China.
Shipping took a long time. Return Policy is at customers cost and they want it sent to the USA, so add $30 in tarrifs. I was quoted the same amount to send back at the shoes cost. Customer service was unhelpful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased grounding shoes and also bought barefoot shoes separately on Amazon from china. The grounding shoes from here were $85 AUD and the barefoot shoes are almost identical (different colour) were $25 on Amazon. Both from china. Same packaging. Both were flimsy, cheap plastic shoes. Not like the photos!

I took one look at them and tried to organise a return and refund. The address they want me to send it to is PMB 284 565 Cedar Rd, Unit 18 and 19, Chesapeake, VA 23322, United States which is a UPS store!!! Their website states 784 Jim Grant Ave, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460 as the warehouse address.

This company are obviously buying cheap items from china/Ali baba/Ali express/Temu/shein at a low cost and spiking up the price to make a profit.

I have no idea whether to send the item back now as I may lose the shoes and get no refund back.

Avoid scammer companies like that, they will avoid all responsibility and you will lose your money! Lesson learned!

Do Not Buy. Cheap shoes. Costly and difficult return. I brought the NuvoStep Padded Barefoot…
I brought the NuvoStep Padded Barefoot Shoes based on all the positive reviews. I do not know how these shoes have so many great reviews. Im not sure if all these great reviews are real people.
The shoes are very cheaply made, with hardly any padding, and rather ugly. I did not find them comfortable at all. The return process is awful. They make you send pics of packaging, top of shoes, soles of shoes just to get a RA. Cost me $11.50 to ship them back, and they deducted an additional $4.95 original shipping cost. Cost me $16.45 to try these awful shoes.
I will never buy anything from this company due to costly and difficult returns and untrustworthy reviews.

Avoid

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!! Scam company. I purchased a pair of grounding shoes for £42, (supposedly reduced from £90!) what arrived some 10 days later were a pair of cheap and nasty water shoes, horrible quality! I then found the exact same pair on Temu for a few quid, so clearly the shoes are coming from China. When I requested a return they firstly tried to fob me off by saying I could keep the shoes and if I covered the cost of postage they would send me another pair , postage was $15. Refused this and insisted on a return. Finally sent me return details to an address in USA! Cost me over £12 to ship, went to the Post Office so completed all the required customs declarations etc with the cashier. My parcel sat in UK customs for 2 weeks, never even left the country and was then refused so is currently on its way back to me!!! I don't believe the address even exists in USA and the company have been nothing short of useless in their communications. Yes! They do respond to emails but complete waste of time. I would give them no stars if this were possible and I'm really unhappy about the whole experience. £54 lost and a pair of cheap and nasty shoes on their way back to me, if they ever turn up!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a grounding sheet hoping to improve my wellbeing. This has done absolutely nothing for me - not even improved my sleep- I therefore contacted them and asked for a refund under their guarantee. Their return policy says it must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and in original packaging. If this is the case, how would you know if it works or not! I have already paid almost £100 and I’m not prepared to pay another £50 to return an item that doesn’t work and then to probably find out that they won’t give me a refund for one reason or another.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE: Just received ANOTHER generic reply outlining their return policy - unbelievable !!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! APPALLING SERVICE! DROPSHIPPERS AT THEIR WORST! PLEASE READ ON CAREFULLY!

I bought the double sheet and firstly had to wait weeks for it to arrive since they essentially wait for somebody to place an order and pay, then order it from China (Temu, Alibaba or the like) at an inflated price. If I'd wanted a cheap Chinese product, that took weeks to arrive, I would have ordered it from Temu myself for much less.

When it finally did arrive, there was no way to plug it in. I had selected UK when ordering, but no adapter was supplied. Also, the images of the product had the plug in a different position, causing me to have to run an extension lead to it.

So, I contacted customer service (total joke) and explained, including pictures of what was sent and the issues I had. Missing adapter and different connection positioning. They proceeded to reply yo a completely different question. Patiently I emailed back stating my case again. The reply was to question intelligence by stating there was more than one connection in a different position and no mention of the Missing adapter. I have eyes. There's only one sewn in (poorly & potentially unsafe) connection. No apology either. I reply again stating this and, yet again mentioning the Missing adapter. The reply, to my amazement was "Send a picture of the adapter you received " 🤦🏻‍♂️ Now I'm starting to realise either the person;

1. doesn't understand English

2. Isn't reading the emails fully or looking at the attached photos

3. Is using the old wild goose chase technique, hoping the customer will get frustrated/bored and forget about it.

I reply again (a week of emails now). I state my frustration and write, in capitals.."NO ADAPTER ARRIVED WITH THE PRODUCT! Please refer to the pictures of the contents i have emailed you 3 times." Can you guess the reply? It was "Please send us pictures of the contents you received for our records" 1🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

At which point I informed them I would be writing a detailed review of this situation and my experience as a customer. They clearly didn't care and are happy to continue ripping as many people of as they can until closing down and hyping up another drop-shipped Chinese product to whop your hard earned money from your pocket.

If you buy anything from these cowboys, you only have yourselves to blame. YOU WERE WARNED!!!

The reason our customer service team requested photos of the items you received was so that we could verify the parcel’s weight against the original shipment details. For example, a TrueGrounding™ Fitted Bedsheet plus the adapter would weigh a specific amount, and Royal Mail (the courier in your case) also records the parcel weight. If there was a discrepancy, we could immediately confirm the adapter was missing and ship one out to you.

I realize that asking for photos multiple times without giving you this full explanation was confusing and felt unhelpful, and I’m truly sorry for that. If you can kindly provide one clear photo of the items you received, we’ll be able to cross-check the weight records and send the missing adapter straight away. I bought 3 pairs of shoes

I bought 3 pairs of shoes. I did end up getting one free, due to a promotion. The order was shipped from China, and took 2 weeks. One pair of shoes has the grounding disc on the ball of my foot. Very uncomfortable. Another pair is too short; my toes touch the end of the shoe. All the sames size, but only one pair is short. Now I find out I have to ship them back to China if there is a problem. Don't buy them.

I bought a sheet , and I tested it . The cord did not make contact with the sheet and customer service wants me to provide proof that it’s not making contact in order to send a new cord out . China company with China customer service . They should take old cord and test it themselves and give me a new one . THE TRUE FAKE EVER!

DON'T BUY THEM!!
They are the cheapest chinese quality ever, poor materials, very bad finishing, and doubtable colors also. Though the customer service is kind and quick, they have a return policy that implies you have to pay to send the product back and only then they decide if you deserve a refund or not. A waste of time and money.

Wrong size

I ordered UK size 5, they sent a USA 10, and said that's what I ordered. I wasn't sent a confirmation email so can't prove otherwise. The order also took 2 and a half weeks to arrive.
They now want another £16 to send the correct size!
Save your money and go with more reputable company.

I ordered the shoes

I ordered the shoes. It took awhile but that’s ok. I received and opened the package. Shoes do not fit me. I have tried everyday for the past week to get a hold of where I can return for a refund. No reply at all. It’s very discouraging. No other way of contacting them other than an email address. Will be contacting the better business bureau. No info in the package either. Terrible business.

Proved the cable is faulty.

The cable is faulty. They wanted a video as proof. Provided the video. Now expect me to pay to return the goods. Why should I? Why can't they send out a new cable? I do not believe this company is legit.
