After 90 days of attempting to get a…

After 90 days of attempting to get a return authorization- and literally hundreds of requests- phone calls to the “so called business” address- which is a UPS store- we sent the blankets back.

I recieved a notice at 4am that the bag did not contain something.

This bag included 2 blankets and a charger- I cancelled moments after delivery.

I realize this “scam” business orders from China- does not have a company.

They order premade items, ship from overseas- and do not have access to cancel an order.

Do not open and do not accept orders, return to sender.

SCAM OPERATION

I had my postmaster watch me video and place items in packaging. I wake up and get a message that something is missing- a charger- I have no need for the item. STAY CLEAR- bad business!

Over 3.5 months of correspondence

Warning... Do not buy anything from this company...

Do not use this company.... It is a scam. Three of the cables supplied with the grounding products failed the continuity test therefore making these products useless. I emailed truegrounding.co and received a reply from Tony requesting photos of the test which I supplied, together with a report from my highly qualified electrician who carried out the tests. I then received an email stating my email had been passed to the technical team. Never heard anything from them! Four days later I again emailed Tony. This time he insulted my intelligence by sending me a link showing how to connect the products.... I replied! His next email stated the logistics team demanded a video of the faulty cables!! The logistics team!!!! I replied requesting a video of the logistics team.
They have proved themselves to be an unreputable company with no intention of honouring the guarantee or replacing the faulty cables.

As expected I have received nothing... no emails, no telephone call and definitely no replacement cables!!
I reiterate.... They are untrustworthy. Do not use this company

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TRUEGROUNDING

I purchased the grounding sheet and only slept on it twice as both times I had a horrible sleep so I wanted to get my money back. I read the conditions for the money back guarantee so the sheet was washed, folded perfectly and even put back in all the original bags and packaging. Spent $30 to return the sheet from Australia only to be told it was ‘wrinkly’ which it definitely was not. This company is a complete scam and will do anything to avoid paying you your ‘90 day return guarantee’. If I had known they had no intention of giving the refund I would have kept the sheet and see if it worked for someone else in my family. Now I am out of pocket over $150 for nothing.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. We were hacked on Facebook and several orders were placed under our account on our credit cards when we noticed we contacted this company ASAP and they still shipped out the product even though we informed them we were hacked. When we receive the product, they would not provide labels to send their product back instead tried to force us to pay return shipping. This alone tells me you should never shop with this company or brand, especially if they will not support somebody who was hacked and stolen from. Shame on you !!!

After you were contacted, you provided no support no return label and you expect me to pay for my own shipping to return it to you with some goofy return policy. You guys are nothing but a scam. I hope nobody purchases any of your products and I hope you run back to China with your tail between your legs.

I hope everybody sees this post and realizes that you were unhelpful when somebody needed support and that you are only about selling your products regardless of whether somebody actually ordered them or not.

This makes me believe that you might’ve had something to do with the fraud the hacking of my Facebook account to sell your own products after I looked at your advertisement.

Horrible business horrible company stay away from these clowns.

Absolute thievery

Absolute thievery! If only I had checked this site first before buying.

Product did NOTHING! Made my sleep worse.

Company refused to accept a free return. From Europe, it would cost 25% the value of the product to send back and STILL no guarantee that I'd see any money.

My EVIL and useless credit card company did nothing to help me. They were clearly bought off.

Before posting this review, I reached out repeatedly to the vendor asking for a resolution.

Don't expect any human response.

Countless others have been scammed by this company. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit and drive these criminals out of business once and for all.

I am over €120 out of pocket with a useless product and only have myself to blame for not doing adequate research on the company.

Ordered 'kingsize' fitted grounding bed…

Ordered 'kingsize' fitted grounding bed sheet as I have a kingsize bed at home. The sheet came and was over-sized and huge for my bed. True Grounding would not take responsibility. If it says 'kingsize' you would expect it to tie in with the same sized bed, would you not?!! I am now faced with spending £30 to send the item back to the USA

Scam – Never received my order and no refund

I placed an order with TrueGrounding in September and have never received anything. They claimed that “no one answered when the delivery arrived,” but that is completely false — I have a doorbell camera connected to my phone that records every visitor, and no one ever came.

Every time I contact them, they just tell me to “be patient.” I’ve asked for a refund multiple times, but I always get the same generic reply and no action.

This company is a scam. They take your money, never deliver the product, and refuse to refund. Avoid at all costs.

Be wary with this company

Be wary with this company. Their courier delivered my purchase to the wrong (unidentified) address. Instead of taking ownership of the issue TrueGrounding advised me to take it up with the courier myself - in contravention of the UK Distance Selling Act 1975 which clearly states that "it is the responsibility of the seller to pursue recovery of the undelivered item, or provide a refund to the purchaser if recovery is not possible." These regulations apply to foreign firms (such as TrueGrounding) as well as UK businesses. The courier provided a photo of the delivery, allegedly to a shed at my house - except that we don't HAVE a shed accessible to the public. Given that the delivery had failed I requested a full refund but TrueGrounding has not responded. I was fortunate that my bank stepped in to refund me, but my advice is to steer clear of TrueGrounding, especially as I seem to have been dealing with an automated response device and not a real person. There are plenty of companies selling similar products to choose from.

ADDITIONAL COMMENT AFTER RESPONSE BY TRUEGROUNDING TO MY TRUSTPILOT REVIEW:
The responder states:"Our support team is made up of real people, not automated replies, and if an order is ever delivered to the wrong address, we’ll always reship the item or issue a refund. " Fact One - there are a succession of Trustpilot reviews highlighting inadequate replies to problems, so I'm far from the only person to have had this experience. Fact Two - "... we’ll always reship the item or issue a refund" is untrue because since the matter was passed internally to TrueGrounding's Logistics Department on 13 October I've heard nothing from the company for 20 days about the issue. I shouldn't have to 'reach out' to the company again as my correspondence trail is already in their system, waiting for the 'reship or refund' which we're told they always issue.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Bought a grounding sheet at the start of the year. It's broken. They are being absolutely awful about a replacement or refund. After a few emails they said they'd send me a new one free but I'd have to pay shipping of £40 despite their website only charging £4.95! Clearly the sheet is not designed to last and their customer service is appalling . I will NEVER buy from these again and I hope people who read this look elsewhere for their grounding sheet.
Edit - I'm now on a massive email thread with them trying to get them to honour their one year warranty (as stated on their website) they are completely denying they have anything more than a 3 month exchange window despite sending screenshots and links to their site where it clearly states about their 12 month warranty. Honestly - they are a shower of lying, fake charlatans.
Edit - I see they have replied saying to contact them. I have been doing this for days and going round in circles. They will not take responsibility for their faulty item. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely terrible customer support

Absolutely terrible customer support, wouldn't even rate it one star if I could. Bought a grounding mat and they sent the wrong plug. Tried several times to explain and some of my emails bounced back as they reclassed it as junk mail. Must have sent them over 10 emails explaining that Ireland is not part of the UK and the option to purchase the plug was only UK, EU and non EU. I choose EU as I wasn't aware that they classed Ireland as being part of the UK. They wouldn't listen to me and sent me a link to buy the correct one from them. So disappointed with their lack of understanding and their insulting assumptions that Ireland was covered by the UK😡

Yes I was stupid to purchase without more research, bought a grounding mat and it's meaningless, pointless, unattractive, makes no pretence at any kind of actual effect other than being fooled. Now I cannot get off their b***** mailing list, doubtless sold on to others. If you press the unsubscribe button you then can't enter your email address, and if you email the company on their supposed address - guess what, it bounces back. Infuriating to be so taken in.

I bought two grounding bedsheets and a mat from this company, even though I was skeptical. I wish I had trusted my gut. Since using the products, I developed headaches, a rash, and hives. It got so bad I had to go to A&E, and the doctor even mentioned it could be caused by vibration or electrical sensitivity – without me even saying anything about the product.

I stopped using the items and my symptoms started to improve. The grounding products did not help my sleep as advertised – in fact, they caused serious discomfort. I spent over £100 and feel completely misled. The health claims are not backed by real evidence, and I believe they are preying on people who are just looking for better sleep or relief.
Very disappointed and warning others: please do your research before buying. I consider this a scam based on my experience.

True Grounding Co bed sheets are a…

TRUE GROUNDING CO bed sheets are a waste of money and time. We ordered two sheets and a kitchen mat from the US but the sheets themselves are made in China.
Firstly, the sheets are not a full size sheet, only a “runner” that can be laid either sideways under your torso or full body length. The sheets don’t stay in one spot as you move, and will be bunched up in the morning. I know, because I slept on them for two weeks, with no noticeable improvement, which led me to the 2nd part.
Second, but more importantly, the supplied grounding cords all failed a continuity test. Simply put, no continuity, no transfer of electrons, which is the whole basis of grounding.
After 3 months and numerous emails, (there are no phone numbers on the site to contact someone directly) I was advised to return the product for a refund.
Due to 2025 Trumps Tariffs, the return cost were $100 on top of the $205 for the sheets, my refund was rejected, because the sheets showed signs of use.
The “No Hassle 90 day refund” is both misleading and untrue. If the sheets are removed from the packaging and used, your claim will be denied.
DO NOT BUY TRUE GROUNDING BED SHEETS.
Look carefully into the return policy before buying anything Web based.

I would not even rate this company, only for having to choose one in order to write review. As per many customers I really wish I'd researched before buying. Item defective, run around customer service, no uk plug supplied, bought at own expense before realizing item c?€p. Patronizing responses and having to return at own expense to usa for cheap Chinese item. No refund received to date. Really bad company

Warning!!! do not buy these shoes. They are the cheapest pair of shoes I’ve ever seen. They’re worth maybe a dollar or two. The company reviews are a scam. No way there’s five stars on every review. If I could, I would give it zero stars I wish I seen all the reviews on trust-pilot before I bought these. I can’t even write a review on the True grounding website, yet there is ALL five stars reviews. Hmmmm😤 Now I will have to pay for shipping to return. 😣

You will never get a refund on used earthing sheets.

They sell earthing sheets and offer a 90 day money back guarantee. They expect the product back, clean, with no signs of washing and packaged as received so it is hygienic and can be resold. When I returned the product after 5 days in the original packaging they said some paper wrapping was missing so no refund. It is obvious from the restrictions on returning the product it is impossible to receive refund without filing a dispute with your credit card provider. A scam from start to finish.

Awful product, worse customer service…

UPDATE: The company responded to this review. I followed their instructions to have the sneakers shipped back to me, only so I could light them on fire. However, they did not follow up and the sneakers were not returned. So you can understand that all of their replies to reviews on this website are full of hot air.

I purchased a pair of sneakers from this company with terrible results. This company is online based with no ability to try on the sneakers prior to purchase. I wore them for one hour on my daily walk. The design of the sneaker left me with open sores on both of my feet in the same area- the joint of my big toe- because the sneaker has a plastic point that digs in on every step. I sent multiple emails to the company, including photos of the shoes, prior to sending them in for a return. I then received an email saying they are not approved for return because they aren’t in brand new condition. The company will not even return the sneakers to me. Avoid this company at all costs. I’m now $75 into a pair of shoes that I wore for an hour and no longer even have possession of. They sell sneakers that you can’t try on, and then they refuse to honor a return after you’ve already corresponded with them. Avoid at all costs.
