Horrendous experience- parcel was never even attempted to be delivered despite excellent instructions.
The company were poor in communicating with me, then asked me to pay a re-delivery charge. They finally responded to tell me the parcel had been lost or destroyed and still asked me to pay. It’s outrageous! I am very disappointed with this service.

I purchase this sheet for my father but thought I’d use it first to see the results. It had no effect on me except a sensation that felt I was getting smalls bites on my legs. I decided I did not want to give it to my dad as I was concerned about safety and wrote to the customer service department for a refund but never received a reply.
Now looking at the email address, I am concerned about the legitimacy of this company, I think these products are probably fake. The website looks like it’s copying another similar company.

I never received my order. The company said to check with the post office and sent me a tracking number. It was not a USPS tracking number. Then they said it was delivered and to reach out to a different delivery agent—Gofo. I reached out to them, they investigated and said not their problem reach back out to True Grounding. True Grounding tries to send me back to Gofo. No one will refund my money or reship me what I ordered. They just put you in an infinite loop of blaming each other and not resolving the issue. The company will not escalate this to a supervisor and only communicates via email. I’m out over $200 for product I never received and they refuse to refund my money. It’s a complete scam.
In response: no one ever asked me for a photo of my house to confirm. I was at home the entire day that the package was supposedly “delivered”. No one rang the bell. Once I received an email saying it was delivered, I checked outside and around the house and even with neighbors in case it was delivered there. Nothing. A picture is not proof. You can take a picture and then still walk off with the package. I have asked to either have the item reshipped or a refund. Both have been refused. I receive packages from other suppliers regularly and have never had any issues with package theft. So interesting that the only problem has ever been with True Grounding/Gofo. Trash customer service from a company that basically steals your money.

After my previous review truegrounding actually admitted non delivery, even though I had proved this weeks before.
They insisted on reshipping, I request a refund as the shoes were a birthday gift back in May, yes that's how long this has taken.
They ignored my request and have shipped them anyway!! Clearly don't want to part with refund monies.
I've told them I will be returning them as not needed, they will claim they can't refund me and consistently exchange them.
Don't buy from them, they are a shoddy company with appalling customer service.
I suppose I will see what the shoes are like, but reading reviews I'm not hopeful of quality or sizing!!
All these scammy websites are hard to spot. Finding good reputable goods is difficult, bring back high st shopping!!

So it says on their website free size exchange when you purchase their shoes. This is not true. They charge you $16 for shipping to exchange sizes. And both pairs of shoes that I have received one was supposed to be a ladies 9, so I exchange them for a size 10 however both pairs fit exactly the same.
.. too small! So I go back to inquire about another exchange only this time they want to charge me $25 for shipping. Considering both pairs of shoes I got were supposed to be one whole size difference and fit exactly the same I don't feel comfortable in ordering another pair nor do I think it's fair that now they're charging me $25 when last week they charged me $16. Definitely I would not shop here again and would recommend that to anybody considering shopping here! Also they act like they're doing you a favor by letting you keep the shoes that are too small that you can't wear that you have no use for I would rather return them but they don't do that when you exchange shoes. What a waste. Also shoes do not run true to size they run small!

Order sneakers for a gift that did not fit. Emailed 3x to get a return-refund but it’s been days with no reply. Looks like I’m out some money. Never again!!!
UPDATE: Took a long time but finally received my refund. In most of my experiences a refund is issued once item is scanned into system at refund site. Apparently they don’t work that way. It took time and a lot of follow up but truegrounding made good. 👍🏻

Ordered a pair of grounding sneakers that arrived damaged. Flimsy subpar material that wouldnt even last a day. I've emailed several times to start a return and they just will not respond. I'm out 60 bucks and very unhappy.

I purchased shoes that took over a month to arrive. When they arrived they did not fit. I reached out via email, the only option on the website to start a return, the email is not legitimate. There is no way to contact them. This is not a legitimate business. Another hard lesson learned for me. I’m out $100 with shoes that are low quality and don’t fit.

I placed an order for a grounding mat on April 24. To date, July 5, I have not received the product or a refund, which I’ve requested multiple times. The response is always the same:
“Thanks for reaching out.
We have already forwarded your query regarding Order#——- Cancellation& refund to our Logistics department. Please bear with us as I coordinate with them regarding this matter.
We appreciate your patience, and we’ll do our best to resolve this promptly.”
Total BS! No product and no refund! The reviews on the products seem to be good but the customer service sucks!

supposedly the site is uk. its in the website address yet i ordered the shoes that said 6 women. they arrived eventually but they are a 37 which is a 4 in uk sizing and a 6 in usa sizing. these are not cheap really. they are useless to me. it would cost me a lost to send them back to china. To be fair they customer services do reply and say I can have a refund if I pay to send them back or get a free pair in the correct size for $16 postage. I'm not wasting more money. In response to their response. I already did contact them and they wanted me to waste more money as already stated. Not at all helpful

Do Not Buy this product! Terrible experience. My blanket never arrived, they said to contact post office which I have but the tracking number was invalid. I emailed them more than ten times, they said they are looking into it then stopped responding. I'm going to dispute it with my bank. I bought it 30 May, it's 4th July now. It was quite expensive as well.

I bought a pair of shoes thinking they were from America but then saw they were being dispatched from China.
As they took so long to dispatch, I tried to cancel and surprise-surprise, they suddenly dispatched them so couldn't cancel.
When they eventually arrived, I tried one shoe on and it fitted well. Unfortunately, when I tried the second shoe on, where the holes are in the bottom of the shoe, the material hadn't been cut through and removed so the excess material stuck up into the shoe so I could feel lumps. When I removed the insoles, the stitching was atrocious and some was ripped so the shoes wouldn't have lasted long.
So basically, the shoes were faulty and clearly, quality control was completely lacking.
I sent photos and a message straight away asking to return them for a refund. As they were faulty, I expected them to pay return postage.
After several days I received a generic reply asking me to send pictures so it clearly was just an automatic response and not addressing my problem at all.
I asked them to actually read my email as I had sent pictures already and most of the correspondence over the next few weeks was mostly cut-and-paste replies. One of which said "we are sorry that you are disappointed with your sheet"I replied saying that they need to pay attention and read my emails - I didn't buy a sheet, I bought a pair of shoes!. Their next response what the exact same cut-and-paste response but they had changed the word 'sheet' with 'shoes'. After that they would just ignore my request for paid return postage and just keep repeating how to return the item at my expense.
I got so frustrated with them that I opened a claim with PayPal which I was so pleased I had paid them by. PayPal were great and eventually returned my money saying the seller hadn't responded to them.
Never in all the messages did Truegrounding ever acknowledge the nature of my complaint and they were a complete nightmare to deal with.
The shoes will go in the bin as they are unusable and I'm not paying to return them.
Please don't buy from these scammers. The customer service is a complete joke at best.
On top of all that, my email provider warned me that one of their responses contained scam or spam and potential virus that had been blocked.

Avoid this company. They shipped to the wrong address and it took a month to find out where the shoes went. They said I could pay more to get them shipped again and wouldn’t fix their mistake. No matter what, it’s like talking to a brick wall. The most insane interaction I've ever had with a company.

HORRIBLE company! Like other reviewers here, I waited weeks because I didn't know it was being shipped from China. It was packaged in a ridiculous concoction of plastic bags and tape. It was missing the instruction booklet and other things that were supposed to come with it. I had to spend $23 to return it to the company, even though they were the ones that screwed up. If they had just offered to sending the missing pieces, I might have kept the product. I meant to order from Earthing.com - a reputable company. I mistakenly order through these guys. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a grounding half sheet from what I thought was a UK company.
It was Chinese.
The product took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and does not work. It looks nothing like it does on the website but customer service only offered me a discount if I purchased another product.
It’s too expensive to send back to china so I lose £57
UPDATE: Truegrounding are now offering the same sheet at half price £34 so they must be aware of how substandard it is, yet refused to offer me a reduction in price as it was not the same as in the original picture. ( which he has now changed!)
NOT good honest customer service and in spite of denial in his answer below - every bad review has complained about delivery straight from China.

Please do not use this company. It took ages to come from China and then when I wanted to send it back I had to pay to send it back to America which cost me 31 English pounds. No customer service part phone the old text

SAID REFUND IS BEING POCESSED
THREE DAYS LATER AFTER EMAIL SENT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY DETAILS FROM WAREHOUSE SO NO REFUND AS YET !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a pair of shades that got delivered over a long weekend (Easter). Left at the front of a building, not in the right place. Parcel has been taken and I’m getting fobbed off.

Worst return service ever. You basically talk to a robot if you even get a change to talk to anyone. The only way I was able to get a hold of them was by telling them I wanted to buy five sheets and they got back to me immediately. Then I turned around and told them that I actually wanted to return something and they finally helped me. It’s been a month and a half since I returned the sheets and I still haven’t received my refund. Next step, I have to talk to my bank.
Responding to your reply, I was recently charged again the same amount, not refunded. So who ever is in charge of your refunds now owes me double the amount. The bank is looking into still because this has gone on long enough. I’d be wasting my time emailing customers service. I heard back from you sooner on here. Thank you
