Horrible company
Horrible company. I placed an order and got no order confirmation email and no response from the company when I emailed them asking them about my order and the order confirmation email.

I also asked them to cancel my order which went ignored as well. They shipped the order anyways and when they finally answered me they gave me a *** excuse saying they saw my cancelation after the order was processed and shipped and that they cant refund it because its in transit and offered a 5 percent refund. Like seriously? Not happening.
I have filed a chargeback and several complaints with bbb, ftc and internet crime and I even said id accept a $25 refund instead of the $40 I paid but I was again ignored. SO it looks like im gonna be taking this to small claims.
They have a reputation of being scammers so they already dont look good as a company as it is. But so be it

We’re sorry that the lack of timely communication around your order and cancellation caused so much frustration. We understand your concerns about not receiving an order confirmation, having difficulty getting a response, and receiving the shipment after requesting cancellation.
