Still trying to reach customer service…

Still trying to reach customer service to ensure my subscription has been canceled as well as a return label to return the package as it is now in my possession. Have received no replies, even checked my spam/junk folder. I want to return this package, never to receive another nor have a subscription. I want my account deleted off the site.

Set up a person for coaching

I set up a person to help me, he didn’t. He said if I decided to take it, it would come at a fee. (Really?!) Then gave me the number for the nutritional. (That I asked for) I called that number, left a message. Tried again, received someone that said it was not the nutritional line. (Really?!) so I called the other number back and he informed me it would be for a fee. Not helpful at all.

I want to say how helpful and professional Maica was in resolving my issue. I emailed the company that according to some comments I read, I didn’t feel I would be able to take the supplements. She was very understanding and quick to refund my credit card. I had a very pleasant experience with her.

I’ve been trying to cancel

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks. I have used the email, the co tact portal. Zero response. I’m now trying to go through my bank to block them and will report to the BBB if this is t resolved immediately. Buyer beware. The complete lack of response leaves me concerned this is a scam and if so, no one should put this in their body.

I placed a one time only purchase and to my surprise, my bank just informed me that this company just charged me for another shipment, which I didn’t subscribe to, I already sent an email requesting cancellation and refund.

Cancellation attempt

I ordered the $39.99 bottle. My order confirmation showed an additional 3 bottles totaling $75.00. I attempted to cancel the order immediately, but have yet to receive a confirmation email stating it’s been cancelled.
I don’t know what step to take next, but I do not want these bottles.

I placed an order #170849069 and cancelled it the same day. I am requesting a refund and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Seems to me I am not the first to be scamed😡 Shame on you!! Do the right thing and refund my money!! Not sure about order date because I can’t find the information now!!

I received 4 Bottles in my first order last month. They have already initiated a second order of 4 bottles. Crazy when one bottle lasts 30 days. I have sent numerous emails to cancel and no reply. It's completely understandable to be upset when you've reached out multiple times with no response, especially when you're receiving more product than you need.

You're absolutely right, one bottle should last 30 days, and being sent eight bottles in two months without being heard is not the kind of experience we want anyone to have. However, autoshipmet is also to ensure consistency of suppy.

We have cancelled your subscription effective immediately. No further orders will be shipped, and no additional charges will be made.

No difference after taking Rhodiola

I purchased Rhodiola and took it for 2 months, not noticing any difference. I received a second shipment at a higher price, and I wanted to cancel any future shipments, but there was no evidence of a recurring subscription on either the Soluma site or the Shop app. I contacted customer service to seek assistance. Kris kindly helped me to sort out the problem and discontinue my "lost" subscription.
