I have been working on having a healthier lifestyle. I have recently lost 25 lbs. The Halo ring has been great tracking my workouts and steps. I also love the sleep feature. Monitors my sleep and made me realize i wasnt geting good rest. I have readjusred my time of going to bed and i am getting much better restorative sleep. I also use the sleep music on the app. I received my ring in a timely manner with notifications on arrival. The help tips on the app were easy to follow and clear. Very pleased with my purchace. Shipping was relatively fast, and it arrived 3 days earlier than it said it would! So I was pleasantly surprised. Right out of the box I immediately loved the color of the ring. I was hoping the pink would be mild enough to not clash with anything and it’s super cute and classy. I ordered the size 7 in ceramic pink and sized up as the website recommended because I’m normally a size 6 on my pointer finger. The fit is perfect and I don’t have any issues with readings or slipping.

So far I really enjoy the things that it tracks, and it seems to be pretty accurate so far. Especially the stress haha. I woke up late and that day and time my stress level was higher for sure! So I was happy to see it recorded that. I do feel the mind and body readiness reading is pretty accurate so far as well, and see it reflected in my overall mood for the day.

The only measurements I haven’t started to track currently are the cycle tracking as I have an IUD and it’s in my beginning phases of insertion so I’m still gauging it and I’m interested to see how it reads!

So far I’m really thrilled with my ring and I’m interested to keep tracking my data!

This ring is exactly what I was looking for! I had a difficult time justifying the 400-500 for the oura ring, plus a monthly subscription after. I found the Halo ring online and it featured everything I was looking for in a smart ring. It tracks my heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, menstrual cycle, steps, and sleep. My husband and I are trying for a baby, so this ring is helping us track my periods, as well as indications of when I am ovulating. I love the rose gold and was happy to see there was a rose gold option. The ring also came with a few extra decorative rings and a nice silicone cover that has saved me from scratching the ring during wood working and gardening. The app works great and easily shows me health trends as I use it more and more. My next purchase will be buying one for my husband!

I love the ring it keeps up with my heart rate, blood pressure, mood, stress levels mental state and much more. It’s stylish and when I wear it I always have someone one ask about it and does it really work. I can say it is a great piece of jewelry and so glad I purchased it definitely worth it.

I’d say the first week I had it, it was absolutely amazing. I could sleep with it and wear it the next day and it’d still have battery life so that was huge plus for me. I bought the fast charger with it and it would charge it to 100% in under 20 minutes so I could charge it while getting ready and really never have it not on. This is the only reason it’s getting an additional star.
I work in food service and the rose gold was gone probably after week one, and I’m seeing slight silver peak out after week 3. It constantly becomes disconnected half way through the day in which the app will say that no device is detected and I have to wait until I’m home to repair it and a whole day of data is gone.
I’m having to look at other smart ring options now because of how many times this ring has disconnected. Really unfortunate.

I received my Halo ring a few weeks ago. It’s convenient and I only have to charge it about every 5 days. I sized up as recommended and it fit perfectly. It’s very cute and monitors my steps and sleep. The ads I saw said blood pressure monitoring as well but it doesn’t do that. You have to log it in the app. I ordered the Halo 4 Floral design. The design is current peeling away and the white is becoming discolored. I would recommend a solid metal instead.

I love my ring. It has helped me keep track of my steps, heart rate and sleep. It does also measure other things like oxygen levels and blood pressure. It’s really useful and it looks good!

The Halo ring is a great addition to managing my health and it is very easy to use. You just wear a beautiful ring and it does the rest. I have been amazed at the craftsmanship of this ring. It’s held up color and shining still even after all the wear I’ve gotten from it!

I love the fact that it tracks so many systems and daily exercise. The charger is really fast, it only takes 30 to 45 minutes to charge. It is really comfortable to wear and is very nice looking. I got the rose gold and I love the color. If there was one thing I would love added it would be tracking oxygen levels more often during sleep. I wear CPAP and would live to see that it is doing its job.

I found the ordering process was extremely easy. I was able to navigate the website without any trouble. I really loved the idea of getting a charger to go with the ring. It helps me keep track of my sleep pattern, and my steps I take every day. Oh and I received my order very quickly and hassle free.

I wanted something different than the normal smartwatch. Halo had an amazing deal with lots of extras. My ring was shipped quickly. It was very easy to download the app & pair my ring. I love the silicone ring cover for when I am at work to protect it from scratches. The app is friendly & easy to use. It does very well. I ordered my true size & have no issues with the fit. The rose gold is beautiful.

Im not very happy with my purchase, I even paid for the extra warranty that was lifetime. I’ve reached out so many times and I have gotten nothing back. My ring cracked about two months after having it and stopped working. It never stayed charged, even if I charged it all night, not worth the money!!!! Would live a refund!!

This ring has performed as stated, you can register all of your medical needs. If it's not automatically downloaded you can manually add it to the app. The ring keeps good track of your sleep habits, which is mostly why I bought the ring. I wanted to see when and why I was or wasn't sleeping well. I wake up tired and now I know when I'm not sound asleep.
I would recommend this ring for anyone that wants to keep track of their health habits. The pulse reading is spot on. I haven't found any part of the Halo ring that isn't spot on. The app that you use for this Halo ring is very user friendly. Had no problems downloading the app or connecting to the Halo ring. Make sure you order a size bigger than your ring size. You need room between your finger and the Halo ring for the computer parts of the ring. You may even want a size 1 or 2 bigger if you'd finger swells during sleep.

I was so excited to get this ring. I ordered the halo 4. I was looking forward to all the options it has to offer. Once I got the ring it was in a box marked halo 3. I instantly messaged them asking what the mix up was and was told that they actually was out of the halo 4 boxes but had to put the halo 4 ring into the 3 box. I wasn’t happy about it. Nothing I could do. The quality was good but I never wore the ring after that.

Love the ring, super comfortable for 24/7 wear, does what it’s supposed to do! Very happy!

I absolutely love this ring! It’s not only stylish and beautiful so it blends in nicely with my other gold rings but I love seeing the info it provides! The main reason I love it is for the sleep info and seeing how well my sleep correlates to how I’m feeling that day. It’s been very eye opening and helps me figure out how to make better choices when it comes to my sleep!

Sizing is not accurate, app they use is terrible. Not worth the hassle to return they create when you aren't happy with the product, so suggest just staying away

I received my Halo ring quickly, the packaging is nice and the quality of the ring is very good. It's shiny and the gems are very sparkly. I have to switch between two fingers depending on the time of day I am wearing it as the sizing was a little small. I would size up if not sure. The app is easy to use as well and tracks many things. Shipping was fast and easy. Ring was exactly what I thought it would be! Loved how it fit and looked. Really loved the fact that u didn’t have to pay for a subscription. Counts my steps and tracks my sleep and it’s perfection! Will definitely be telling all of my friends and family about it!

Received my ring and it works as described. Fit was true to size based on recommendations and a ring sized I used. The app was easy to set up and connect the ring to and the step counter seems comparable to my Apple Watch and iPhone. The ring is comfortable and I love the rose gold color I chose. The charger works great and charges fairly quickly. I really like the sleep tracking feature and the HRV information. This ring is helpful in keeping me on track with my health goals and wearing it motivates me to move more. It is easy to check the app throughout the day to check my progress toward my step and movement goals.
I love that there are a variety of colors to choose from to meet desires of both men and women that match your usual attire. The ring can be worn in both casual and dressy occasions. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and feel that this ring provides information and look similar to more expensive brands at a fraction of the cost.
