I’ve been using Jill for a few years now and have contacted customer service on two occasions; both experiences were outstanding customer service truly goes above and beyond.
The product speaks for itself. But the customer service speaks to the culture. I’m happy to continue choosing Jill.

My experiance with Jill started out…
My experiance with Jill started out shaky. When I recived my package, it was delivered damaged and some of the products where missing. I contacted Jill and they asked me to send them pictures. The post office also had indicatd they recieved the package damaged. No worries, Jill took care of it and sent me the missing pieces. So far the product is great.

Problems
There is a corner on the end of the blade that scratches my skin. I don’t have a subscription but I keep getting blades and getting charged. The site says free shipping but I keep getting charged for shipping.

I asked to cancel and refund at 30 days. Another order was shipped out and billed to me
I asked to have both charges refunded. Happy to return the servings order when it arrives unopened. Jill will only refund one charge. That's ridiculous. I think of this as fraud
