Took money I didn’t approve on a item that was fake and did not work in the first place.. should be 10,000% be ashamed of themselves for lying on a product and taking money 2x from people

Cancellation request not completed on company end in a timely manner. Do not want the product. Company Refused to return.

The product is still good but my recen experience with customer service has been the worst.
3 months ago I got the starter pack and subscribed for new blades every 3 months. The price was about 20 CAD, as I am in Canada.
3 months pass by and they ship the first blades replacement order. A few days later I log in to see when the next shipment is just to plan myself better, and what it is my surprise to find out somehow my subscription was “upgraded” to a 37Cad package - and I don’t even understand what is the difference.

I emailed them explaining this and requested a partial refund. I never agreed to pay almost $40 in blades. I also moved back my subscription to the original $20 dollar one confirmed the next shipment would be in 3 months.
Two days pass by and they ship blades AGAIN, this time charging me $20 dollars. And no reply from my email.
I then follow to email them again, adding that there was a second shipment just 2 days after the first one, and requesting the partial refund again.
Almost a week went by, and no answer. No refund. No nothing.

Since now I have blades for over 6 months, I am seriously considering just cancelling.
The lack of respect is insane..

It’s fine but nothing great. And my cheaper packs of razors from Amazon work just as good or better

I was so glad to get rid of the peach fuzzy and dead skin without any irritation. It's a great product but, being a senior on social security, I don't know if I'd be able to keep up a subscription.

Be very careful when ordering from this company they automatically put you on a two week subscription who possibly goes through this. I’m not a man and I don’t shave my face every day. So I was automatically charged without an email warning me that the subscription would go through. I’ve emailed two times and no one has responded not a fan.

Nothing but issues, then after it was supposed to be cancelled they charged me again and refused to take the shipment back and refund me.

Shipments are fast and accurate! No issues!

I tried to cancel order! And it was sent out anyway! Did not authorize second purchase my card was charged and items sent out! When sent I numerous emails to cancel! Not Happy.
