Awful experience! They fail to mention that all the medications they list as being able to prescribe are only available to be prescribed if you’ve been prescribed it previously and the only options I was left with were two medications I’ve previously been on and had a bad reaction to and then one other which was called in a weeks ago and is still not filled and will not be filled because according to every pharmacy in my city it is hard to access. One pharmacy has tried ordering it for me but can not get it in stock and told me to reach back out to the prescriber which I have repeatedly and have been completely ignored since asking for a refund since nothing came from my visit with the practitioner. When it came to taking my money they replied fast but when I ask for it back I’m ignored. This speaks volumes about this shady business.

Terrible customer service. My prescription was never fulfilled so I asked their team if they could re-submit. They asked me to confirm the pharmacy which I did. No response days later even after following up again pleading for an answer. I sent a separate message asking to cancel and they said something along the lines of “well we told you to contact your pharmacy, did you? Do you need brand name or is generic ok?” They never told me to contact the Pharmacy and also the only thing they ever say is “we don’t have it.”
This team is either overwhelmed or they don’t know what they’re doing. I never got my prescription filled and it’s been a couple weeks without my medication at this point. Thanks to “Heather” if that even is their real name, I finally gave up on Minded.

Never use this service!

I have the best nurse practitioner, Candace. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable. She has been a godsend during this time

Therapist did not contact me at scheduled time

Therapist are friendly and experienced. Minded provides affordable mental health care and prescription management. Convenient online sessions. Compared to past in office sessions over the last 20 years, Minded has proven to be more effective in my personal journey. It's important that the patient be heard as to what works for them and not just what textbook guidelines dictate.

Worse experience I ever got told me couldn't diagnose me. When I have a history chart and explained everything and she said she was gonna give me a prescription that wasn't gonna work for 3/6 weeks. I asked for a refund and was told no I cannot receive a refund. I do not like this company or trust them. I got scammed out of my money by a company that doesn't know what they are doing I have a medical history and a chart if you really do your job you'd see that. I work 2 jobs so I did it for convenient jokes on me I guess. Do not use.

My experience was great because the people at minded made it great,and my therapist is great also,everything I call and leave a message I get called back so people try minded they are here for u if u need help, Mental health is ok to talk about so please give them a try.

I have been with minded since day one and have been with them for nearly a year. I can't express how much I love and appreciate everything the Minded team do. I have never had ANY issues with getting medication, I have never had to wait a long time if I have questions, I even forgot to leave money in my bank account for last months membership which is something I never do and they let me pay the week after when I had the funds. I don't have a primary care doctor as it's too expensive, I'm from the United Kingdom originally and with having kids over here in Florida and not having the funds or insurance I can't even afford a primary care doctor. Minded have saved my life, literally. I don't know what I would do without them. All the staff are wonderful, Kevin my care giver is amazing, sympathetic and he gives you enough time on video calls to chat, you NEVER feel rushed on the video calls, unlike primary care doctors and general practitioners who seem to not listen or even care what you need. I have had nothing but positive experiences from the Minded team and I thank God that this kind of help is available. If anyone needs advice or help the minded team will do everything they can for you. I love them. Thank you so much Minded.

Kevin goes above and beyond, and always makes me feel comfortable. Our appointments never feel rushed, and it is apparent that he truly cares and wants the best for me.

The. Doctor knows what she is doing I came off almost all medicationss although I think one should be increased due to high social anxiety. But Brittany has been my favorite by far.

They are stealing my money. I never signed up for this. No way to cancel!!!

I've been a patient with Minded for almost 6 months now. I'm pleased with the care I have received from the Minded team of doctors and nurse practitioners. Also, the minded support team is amazing and will help resolve any problem or answer any questions you may have. There is help out there. Don't be afraid to reach out for help. This was the best choice I have ever made.

Amanda is absolutely amazing and makes me feel like she understands everything I am going through. She allows me to vent, cry, or just talk about everything going on in my life. I trust her and her clinical judgement 110%

I was having great success with my experience at minded until recently. I was notified that controlled substances were no longer going to be prescribed for patients living in New York state. I have been dealing with severe anxiety/depression for decades. These controlled substances were basically dictating my life activities. Since I started minded I have been working with my provider to wean myself off. I've gotten so close to the finish line and I feel as though you guys basically just quit on me. Not a big deal, as I will find other help. It's unfortunate that things ended this way because it was a great alternative to making "in house" appointments. I was given one month to wean off which was basically impossible.
This was a great service and I'm pretty bummed that it ended this way.

I have been assigned a new therapist due to my original leaving after almost a year working with her. My new care specialist is trying to get me off something, which I understand why of course, however this is the first time in this whole past year that I'm actually functioning. After trying so many different meds to get me where I am. So it's been stressing me out. Just would like deeper understanding of what I've been through and continously going through.

Well, the one and only time I had an appointment I was on the phone and no one ever came on. I received a text while waiting starting my appointment time has arrived (duh), I responded that I was already ‘there’ and nothing but silence. I requested a refund and since I got this email to review you, I looked and see I’m still getting a monthly charge for your (lack of) service! PLEASE STOP MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION NOW AND I FEEL A FULL REFUND IS THE LEAST YOU COULD DO FOR ME since I NEVER received any service from you!!! In fact, your complete lack of service ended up costing ME money because I had to cancel on a client because I was on hold so long!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gormley for a year now and have been impressed by his compassion and professionalism. He got my meds right and I’ve experienced relief from depression for a longer period of time than ever. Dr. Kevin also encourages me towards holistic support and behavioral changes that have helped me on my journey as well. I always feel encouraged during and after our meetings and feel very well cared for!
